The condo was as advertised, spotlessly clean and roomy for 4 people. The location on King St. was walking distance to everything we did. Despite being Halloween weekend, street noise was not an issue. The place could use another comfy chair so that all adults have a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking the city. Also it needs to be noted that the bedrooms do not have windows, closets (they do have a hanging valet rack but no hangers), or chest of drawers for unpacking into. Not really an issue for a short stay, and you are not in the rooms much, but some may not like sleeping in a box.
We would definitely stay there again as it is surrounded by amazing restaurants and shops, and is 3 minutes from the visitor's center where there is a wonderful group of folks waiting to help you plan your excursions, walking tours, and other activities - all excellent by the way! Parking is conveniently behind the building for an additional charge of $20/day, but if you fly, no reason to rent a car. We used an Uber to get from the airport (20-30min ride) with a very informative driver. Be sure to get breakfast to go at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit across the street...fantastic biscuit sandwiches and mouth watering creamy grits (we northerners are now converts of this delicious low country staple!)
