Great
Spacious home in an amazing location. It was great for our group. Could have used some more quilts/blankets for the pullout couch but other than that it had everything we needed!

Well intentioned but needs improvement
This property is in a great location and has a ton of potential. It suited our needs for the 4 days we were there. Checking in to the property was super easy. The second night of our stay a fuse blew and two of the bedrooms had no power to them which resulted in a loss of AC and lights and there was no access to the panel until the host was able to come the following day. There was also a large amount of dog hair all over the couches and the floor/carpet in the living room area. Owner should add pictures of the back yard to the profile as it needs attention.

Great location
We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, communication with the host was always quick and easy, and the location was perfect. It’s located about a 5 minute drive from the beach, and about 7 minutes to downtown Hyannis. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great week end!
We stayed at this home 8/20-8/22. We had more than enough space, the beds were SUPER comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed. Being able to bring our two dogs (after asking permission) was super helpful. All of my encounters with the owner were pleasant and cordial. I have only great things to say about this location. It is 2-3 min from Hyannis, so super convenient too! We will be back, just hopefully for a longer time!

Relaxing stay fifteen minutes walking distance from the beach. Ample living room good for gathering with free streaming TV. Comfortable beds. Clean. Yard needs some work. Overall, six adults, two children, and an infant had a great time.

Nice stay!
Clean place, close to the beach, lot of beds and tv's for everyone, great place. The only thing is there is only one working shower as the other is in repair. Otherwise, great place for a cape trip

Amazing Weekend
The home was beautiful. It is a great location. my family and I love the property. We had access to everything, 2 minutes away from the beach. Less than 15 minutes from the ferry taking you to Martha's Vineyard, whale watching in cape cod, and many other places. My host was excellent. We had no problems with getting in. I will book this property again the next time we visit. thank you again

Looking forward to future return
The house is very spacious and beds are super comfy and everything was very clean. Great house for a couple of families to come together. Two living rooms and tvs in every room along with AC. Location is perfect! Day trips are reasonably close by to everything in Cape Cod. Preordering our groceries at Shaw's nearby for pick-up made the entire check-in run very smoothly. Most beaches in the charge a $25/day fee but it will allow you to visit a few beaches in that area. There is a shop on Main Street that has $6 tshirts/$15 hoodies.

Would not book again
Tenants were living in a small house/shed that is in the back yard. We were not told this prior to renting the property. I book rental properties regularly and have never had an experience where this was not disclosed prior booking the property. The garage/green house/ empty pool/ back yard was very odd. The house felt incomplete and uncomfortable to be frank. When we came across the tenants in the back yard unexpectedly, that added to the creepiness even more. In my experience it’s unacceptable to not disclose that in the listing. We would not have booked the property had we known this. We had a great weekend otherwise because we didn’t spend much time at the house. One of the beds was also lop sided and fell inward in the middle, making sleep tough. The host was very responsive, but overall would not recommend this rental.
