Convenient Beach Getaway
The condo was perfect for the 3 of us and it was in a perfect location near a house our friends were renting. The beds are big and very comfortable.

Fall Break
We absolutely loved this property! We’re hoping we’ll have another tournament here next year so we can stay here again. Very cute place. Super close to the beach. Walking distance to food and shops. The kids loved the pool. The host answered my questions very promptly and was very helpful. We had a great vacation!

Just perfect
This two bedroom condo is immaculate and the location is outstanding. There’s a lovely quiet pool right outside the front door and the beach is a one min walk away. You can also walk into town in five minutes and there’s lots of restaurants and little shops. We had a delicious dinner at Dom’s and went into Santa Barbara most days. I only wish I lived here!

Lovely beach spot!
We really enjoyed our stay at this nicely-furnished condo. The location was fantastic — just a very short walk to the beach — and has a nice pool. The rental included everything we needed during our stay except dishwasher detergent and shower soap. We would gladly stay here again!

Hidden Gem in Carpenteria
We booked the condo so we could visit our friends camping at the state beach. It was perfect. Great location, easy access, clear directions and the place has everything we needed. We will definitely do it again!

Convenient and comfortable
We found the place to be clean, comfortable, well stocked and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was convenient to be right across from the beach and so close to restaurants on Linden. The property manager was very responsive when I asked a question and check in was easy.

Lovely spot
This is a great place for a family stay. It's a very spacious unit, very clean, light and airy. Very quiet complex, only a few steps away from the beach, and walking distance to many of the town shops and restaurants. With an off-street parking spot you might never need to move the car.Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

Our 2nd Time
This was our 2nd time visiting Carpinteria and staying @ this adorable beach apartment...and we'll probably book it again! Great location and so easy to walk to the beach and downtown area. We were here during Thanksgiving and the kitchen had ample supplies to cook a full Turkey Dinner and such comfortable beds to snooze in once the carb comatose set in! This place is great for a small family and has all the comforts you'd find at home!

Fabulous stay in Carpinteria!
The condo was perfectly appointed, in a perfect location and our host was very accommodating with timely communications. Fun, affordable Carpenteria condo
Great location in Carpenteria just down the road from the pricier Montecito and Santa Barbara. No frills, but has everything and is within 200 yards of the beach. Owners were great to work with and very accomodating to some challenges we had due to the tropical depression...

Perfect Beach Vacay
The beach house is in the cutest area and the beach is not even a block away! The house itself is well taken care of- there wasn't anything lacking for our 3 night stay with our 2 year old. Loved that the place was family friendly- it came with a pack n play, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and sand toys. After a day @ the beach is was great to cool off in the pool which is right downstairs even with a shower for sandy flip flops! Major plus was the very comfortable king bed and so nice they had ceiling fans and floor fans in each room for when it got a little warm- but that evening beach breeze can't be beat! Communication was promt and Check-in/out was easy- never had to stress! We had such an enjoyable stay that we plan to book again!

Great Location So Close to the Beach and Town
This upstairs unit was clean and cute and overlooking the pool. Beds were firm but comfortable. Everything we needed was there and we will come back again.

This condo was perfect for us. There were 4 of us. It was very clean. Had very comfy beds and pillows. This was our first time to carpentaria. It was such a great experience. It felt very safe and quiet. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Beach was just steps away. We will definitely be back

Fantastic!!!
Everything was great! Communication, location, well stocked, comfortable - everything to make our vacation wonderful! We did get in late and it was a little difficult to find the driveway (on Elm) and figure out parking and find the unit in the dark, but other than that, it was all great! I was thankful there was coffee in the unit as we got in so late! We would absolutely stay here again!

This location is incredible and the unit was perfect for our young kids. We spent every day at the beach followed by the pool! TV had all the apps you will ever need.

Cozy condo in a great location
I traveled with my parents, my wife and our two children and this place was fantastic. The location where the condo resides was quiet and clean, and the condo was as described. Beds were comfortable and couch was nice to relax in. Kitchen was stocked and closet had enough towels for all of us. We enjoyed the various basic boardgames to play with the kids and they loved the pool. Beach is a literal walk across the street. Still needed to drive to downtown but I could see those who would be willing to walk if they had the time and no kids. We would love to stay here again should we visit the area in the future.

Perfect location
The condo is exactly as you expect from the description. We spent the majority of our vacation at the beach that was walking distance away. We stored all our beach gear in our car and had everything we need to eat small meals at the condo, but preferred to spend the majority of our time at the beach or in town. Contacting the owner received responses within minutes so any questions were answered quickly. I would recommend and will consider another stay in the future.

Excellent location!
This property is a few steps from the beach making it an excellent location for families! We also enjoyed the pool which was a warm relief from the chilly ocean on a cooler day. All residents were friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked. Our family loves games and we found quiet a few! With being stuck at our house with our old tired games, the kids were very happy with new games at night. Thank you!! And I must say, there is a Simpsons Clue game with was a warm and welcome surprise! We own one that is well used and loved. So the kids enjoyed seeing all of the pieces (we are missing quiet a few). Host was very responsive! I had a few questions and always received a response within minutes! I really appreciated this especially when figuring out where we should park.

Thanks for that very thoughtful review - I am glad you had a good time, and you gave me a great idea - I have a few games at my house I never use, I will for sure bring them to the condo for guests. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and come stay with us again anytime :)

Great time at the beach!
My 3 kids and I had a wonderful time at the beach! The apartment is well thought-out and very comfortable. Although there is no a/c, we were able to keep cool with the ceiling fans and window screens. We appreciated the apartment's location near the pool. Pool was fun. We also really appreciated its location - one block from the beach and a short walk to town.

Nice place & very convenient location
Everything went very well! We didn't have luck on weather condition, but other then that, we felt welcome & being taken good care of. The condo is very cozy & couldn't be better located. We very much enjoyed our stay. We were attending a wedding in Montecito and it was so close ! The walking on the beach was a joy being just across the street. Walking to lunches and dinner was so enjoyable! Carpenteria was charming! I highly recommend this vrbo to everyone.

Cute, clean, convenient
Wish we had more time to spend in Carpinteria itself or on the beach, but this place was perfect for a weekend visit to SB with our HS age daughter. And the owner offered a late checkout when we had a change in plans so couldn’t get there until very late on our first night - much appreciated!
