Gray stay at Kings Beach
The property overall is great 👍 has four bedrooms, three with big beds and one with two bunks and a twin. Spacious dinning table, two living rooms. Location is great, close to Tahoe and other places, as well as grocery stores. Overall the house is a great stay, but does have a bit outdated furniture. The hot tub was nice but had extreme amount of chlorine in it. The fire place was also very nice, but wood was not provided so you have to bring your own. We enjoyed our stay :)

Beautiful Property
We loved the property! Clean home with lots of upgrades to inside of home. Lovely fenced yard, perfect for us and our dog! No problems while on property. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores for those items forgotten. We will definitely keep this property on our list of go to properties when we are traveling to Lake Tahoe!

Amazing house
This house is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to the beach and grocery store. There were six of us who stayed here (including our two dogs) and there was plenty of room. The fireplace kept us warm and the open concept of the kitchen and living room was nice. Mady was a wonderful host and responded to messages quickly. Thanks for letting us stay in your amazing house. We will definitely love stay here again.

Lovely Tahoe property!
The property was exactly as advertised and truly lovely! The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and the hot tub was great for relaxing! This is one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a short term rental property, so well stocked and easy to cook in with quality appliances. The house layout is also great with the two living rooms for people to split up or hang out away from the bedrooms if some people go to bed early. The garage access with remote opener also came in handy for escaping the cold when loading and unloading the car. Would recommend!

Perfect Dog-Friendly Lake Tahoe house!
My family of 5 with three adult daughters and their 2 dogs just returned from our vacation. The property was wonderful! A big fully fenced back yard for the dogs, in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Great communication with the owner made checking in and out simple. We loved the house and hope to be able to return someday! Thank you 😊

Fantastic house!! We rent a house in Tahoe once or twice a year. This house has by far been our favorite!! Fenced backyard was absolutely perfect for our four legged family members. 🐶

Fantastic woodlands home!
Overall this home was outstanding! Loads of space inside and out for our family reunion of ten people. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. Hot tub, hammock, badminton, corn hole, large table and chairs with umbrellas. Just perfect! The kitchen is really well stocked. I’ve never been to a property that was so easy to cook in. The management was super quick to respond to our questions/concerns. I felt like they were motivated to make our stay great. My only, and I do mean only hesitation in giving that fifth star was the many maintenance issues we experienced. These seemed to be due to the cleaning crew ; and the management was not even aware of the issues until we brought them up. As mentioned before, the management was quick to respond and help resolve the problems. We would definitely love to stay again. My family did not want to leave!! So close to the lake and mini golf and restaurants too!! Yet peaceful and quiet. A great home to rent!

2nd time and even better
Love this house. Great remodel, fantastic location and great owner/prop manager. Only issue is that under best breakfast they don’t mention the Old Post Office. Best pancakes of all time! We will be coming back for our 3rd stay!

Stay cut short
Property was as listed. We did have problems with the dishwasher but the host did inform us that they were waiting on a part. We enjoyed the short night stay due to the incoming storm and flight schedules.

In the Trees
This is a beautiful home with a large backyard, lovely kitchen, and multiple skylights that keep it bright inside. Layout is great allowing for some to stay up late while others go to bed early. There were a number of small maintenance issues (e.g.,a toilet seat on the floor, dirty hot tub and bbq, jammed laundry) that were a bit annoying but did not ruin our stay. We would definitely return.

Can’t wait to go back!
For a couple families with toddlers, this was such a great choice for us. The house is fully stocked, I didn’t even need to bring any toys, games or sleds! I loved having two living spaces particularly in the evening when the adults wanted to play games and shut ourselves in a room to keep noise down to babies asleep. The backyard is great and walking distance to the lake. Would love to stay again!

Just off the lake in the woods
The house is well-maintained and just off the main drag by the lake. It's minutes from many restaurants including Garwoods and Open Range Steakhouse, CB's Bistro and more. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Very quiet at night. Well-equipped.

Carnelian Bay Ski Weekend
Great place for friends and family to gather. Nice having 2 living rooms so the kids could hangout in one and the adults in the other. Owners were very quick and effective in their responses to our questions.

Family vacation
This was a great property for a family of 6 adults and a dog. We love the area and the house! Big backyard and hot tub provided lots of fun. Large dining table was where we spent a lot of time playing games and breaking bread!

Awesome house & great location
Our family stayed here to celebrate my birthday and my husband's 70th birthday. The house is very nice and in a great location. The backyard was great to play games and the hot tub was also an added plus. We brought our 13 yr old dog with us and she loved the yard and house. It also was her birthday celebration along with ours. The furnishings are very nice and beds comfortable. With family travelling together it was also nice to have space in the house, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked several meals while there and the kitchen was great. We'll be back in the future!

Quick Cabin Getaway
A lovely well stocked retreat with lots of space to gather and relax. All of the necessities are there and then some. The backyard is fenced and large, the hot tub is a delight after a day playing in the snow. The host, Maddy, was responsive and helpful. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful stay
The property was beautiful and was perfect for our group! We especially loved the skylights. We had plenty of counter space and a lovely, updated kitchen to cook in. The space had plenty of extra blankets and space heaters which made it extra cozy if we weren’t near the fire. Maddy was very accommodating, kind and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

3rd time staying here
The house was nice before the re-model and now it’s even better. Love the new kitchen, floors, and the additional 3rd bathroom. Our family had some epic backyard badminton games! We love that the beach is just a short walk away. Looking forward to another week staying here next summer.

Great property - especially if you have dogs!
This property is perfect for families. And if you have dogs, the yard is fantastic! Lots of room to run, and fully fenced so no need to potty on leash! The owner is fantastic - so responsive, and really went above and beyond when I left my 4-port charging outlet and iPhone charging cord. I let her know immediately, and a week later it was back in my hands! Thank you, Maddy!

Comfortable House
We loved the living room that looked to the backyard and which has a wood-burning fireplace, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed (the master bedroom), and the cleanliness of the entire house. Maddy was very responsive to questions that we had. We would stay here again.

Covid 19 getaway!
This property was exactly as advertised. It was very, very clean. It was walking distance to 2 great dog beaches that our 2 labs and their new terrier friend went to daily. Also, there is some great unadvertised hiking trails all around this house, including 1 at the end of the cul de sac that leads to a huge mountain of rock that you need to see to believe. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to see the best of Tahoe. We actually took the info from 3-4 houses in this neighborhood and are contacting local agents about a possible purchase we loved this neighborhood so much!

Wonderful Christmas Trip
I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our family of seven, we all had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the second living room for our two adult boys who were able to hang out and do their own thing while we sat in the other living room around the huge fire. The hot tub was hot and inviting after a long day on the slopes and the location was absolutely perfect to both Lake Tahoe and the casinos on the Nevada side. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we possibly could need and we were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner. Joyce was exceedingly helpful and we absolutely enjoyed the property. We will definitely come back next year.

Beautiful memories made at this home
We had a great Thanksgiving family reunion at this beautiful home and could not have asked for a better experience. The snow storm kept us indoors most of the time so we loved the large backyard where the kids and dogs played for hours on end. After time in the snow the hot tub was incredible and dinners by the toasty fireplace were a delight. The two spacious living rooms and super confortable couches allowed us to have our own space while the kids enjoyed movies, games or music. Oh and those cozy blankets in the living room were magical for napping. Our host Maddy was kind and prompt to reply. The detailed house info document was super helpful. We found a lovely welcome basket and card which was a nice touch after the drive through the snow. All in all an amazing stay. Fully recommend this home.

Quiet. Nice Yard. Short Walk to the Lake
This house has a really good, relaxing feel to it. The two living rooms give everyone plenty of room when hanging out. We really enjoyed playing badminton and relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. The dog friendly beach is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful week in the woods!
Thank you Miller family for sharing your home with us for our annual family week at the lake. The home is laid out perfect for a family of 6 (2 parents and 4 teens). Everyone had their own space and the backyard was amazing. Our puppy had a great time running and exploring the fenced yard. The location in Tahoe can not be beat (10 min walk to everything!) We will be back!

Great home for our family gathering
This house fit our needs perfectly. We used it for a family gathering to celebrate my birthday as well as a Christmas present for our kids. The house is laid out nicely and was great for meals together, games, and still room to move around. The hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes and the kitchen is indeed very well stocked. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Cozy and comfortable
Nice home with everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay in a perfect location close to great skiing and local restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Lake Tahoe. Also, the owners are easy to work with and everything went extremely smooth. We look forward to coming back.

As always, a wonderful stay!
We've stayed at this property quite a few times over the years. It's evolved from a weekend getaway with friends to a weekend in the snow with the kids. This house is fantastic for groups with kids. There's board games, two living rooms, a hot tub, and a wonderful fireplace. The backyard is nice too and was the host of a big snow mountain adventure with my boys this year. The owner's are very responsive and thoughtfully left a basket with some wine and snacks on the table upon our arrival. The house is just a 15 minute drive to NorthStar, and a 5 minute drive to Tahoe Dave's great pizza, NorthLake massage (which is wonderful!!), and Safeway. We'll be back!

Great location and roomy!
We loved staying in this house! It was cozy yet spacious. We enjoyed having two living rooms! One was the "noisy" room and the other stayed relatively quiet. We had 8 adults and 2 children but there was still plenty of room. It was close to Northstar and also love the location at the north end of the lake. Perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect home for large family vacation. Owners were attentive, professional.and helpful.
This house is a wonderful vacation home and was a perfect pick for our Annual Family Vacation. Me, Chuck and our three grown children and their spouses found it spacious, comfortable, warm and filled with all the amenities. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and being close to ski runs, casinos, and fun bars. We flew into Reno, rented a truck and since we pre-ordered everything....we had groceries waiting for us at Sam's Club and Christmas gifts in Amazon lockers. The house was less than an hour drive away and had an easy access code for entry. We quickly unloaded groceries into the large refrigerator, moved into the cupboards set aside for guests and the home was at an ideal climate. Plenty of towels, laundry/dish detergent, and extra blankets for snuggling up on the couches. By the way, love front loading washer and driers.. Also, thanks for your attention to detail regarding instructions for everything about the house and the area. Your instruction book told us everything we needed to know. Thank you again, Maddie and Nate for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a VERY Merry Christmas and hope you have a wonderful New Year!

Comfortable, Clean and Relaxing
Our family loved our stay at the Carnelian Bay house. The home was larger than expected. The hot tub, large yard and large master with walk-in shower was awesome. Plenty of rooms and beds for people to spread out with their stuff. I especially enjoyed the ability to close off the front livingroom while we watched a movie and played games from the closet in the back familyroom. We cooked most of our meals in making use of the gas stove, oven and BBQ. All worked great, especially the coffee makers! Thanks Madelyn for making our stay special and being quick to answer our questions. We will definitely book here again next year!

I was very impressed by the property
We were so thankful to find this house last minute. We wanted to check in the same day because we were trying to evade the horrible air conditions in our home town due to the camp fire. The Millers were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within hours of inquiring about their home. I love all the extras that came with the home. Tons of board games and outdoor activities. There’s even a volleyball net. Keeping this house on my list for future stays!

Great house and great location
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, its location and the owners (Nate and Maddy)! The home is in a very quiet area, is very spacious, and only a few blocks away from Lake Tahoe and all amenities. There are games, supplies, backyard patio with hot tub and grill. Everything we could possibly need is available – towels, kitchen items, toiletries, Wi-Fi, and entertainment. The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming, relaxing and cozy. It is a great place for family and friends to stay together. We stayed here during summer but cannot wait to go back in winter. The home is just a few minutes away from the major ski resorts. Good dining areas are within walking distance or a short drive. The owners, Nate and Maddy, are extremely responsive and accommodating. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Lake Tahoe area.

Wonderful Carnelian Bay Home, Perfect for Kids & Dogs!
We had a wonderful week staying here. The backyard is great! It has a net for volleyball or badminton. There are many board games and we loved having two family rooms. We would totally stay here again!

Homey and great for families with kids
We rented the house with one other family and the layout was great - 2 separate family rooms with a tv and plenty of seating in each meant we could have an adult lounge and a kids hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen layout was a bit tight so we had to prepare meals in stages but there was plenty of space at the table to fit all 9 of us together. The location was terrific - easy to get to lots of activities at Squaw, Northstar and Incline. Our first night we wanted an easy take-out meal and called in an order to CB's restaurant closeby - the food was fantastic and generous portions.

Miller's Carnelian Bay Cabin
The Miller's cabin was very nice with a cozy "cabiny" feel to it. Good furnishings, comfortable sofas and chairs, etc. Two family rooms was awesome. The location is very close to King's Beach and Tahoe City in a nice residential area. It was very easy to work with the Miller's and we had a great time. We really enjoyed the hot tub!

Perfect Stay
My wife and I came here with our 11 month old and dog. This place perfect for the family, we loved that it even had a high chair and pack and play available for our kid and an amazing backyard for our dog. It was super close to a lot of nice hiking trails and the place was fantastic and had everything we would need. Amazing place that we hope to stay at again!!
