Cardiff by the Sea Please
Great clean studio for small family. Cozy open floor plan. Hosts have thought of all of the essentials and more for a nice getaway. Including delicous chocolate chip cookies waiting for you. Not quit walking distance but a 4 minute drive to beach and all that Cardiff has to offer.

Cozy Accommodations in Cardiff by the Sea
My wife and I came to Cardiff for a family event and spent four days. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy studio apartment. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect. Very close to both Cardiff and Encinitas with parking. The hosts are very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know. This will definitely be our go to spot for future visits to the area.

our unit
Only access to parking spot was to drive over a full curb at street. Could not access regular TV stations to watch NLF games. Expected Keurig coffee machine. Dryer did not dry. No spare roll of toilet tissue. Could not turn heat on at night. Other than being a bit dated, overall unit was in good area and clean.

Great ocean views in a quiet neighborhood
This is great spot in a fabulous part of San Diego. Very quiet studio with everything you need. Judy is a fabulous host- super responsive and very kind. I will be back!

Great Location
We had a delightful time at this sweet studio apartment in Cardiff by the Sea. The location is central to so many things and the ocean just minutes away. Beau and Judy were great to answer questions beforehand and we appreciated all their efforts. Awesome stay!

Beautiful View Of the Pacific
This is a top floor in-law top floor studio apartment with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. The owner keeps this rental well supplied, thinks of everything that you might need, and is very responsive to any questions or needs. No TV, Netflix this gem is a charming place to stay and there is so much to do in the region that we didn't miss TV.

As much as I'd like to NOT give a positive Review because I don't want this listing to be booked next time I am in town I must say I will absolutely be back. Great stay
We had a really great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and the washer/dryer came in handy for us. The host had beach towels and umbrellas for us to use, which was super helpful. Hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations! Thank you again!! Cardiff by the sea is an amazing little costal town and this place is absolutely perfect for a short stay. I would recommend having a car as it’s on the other side of the highway from the beach, food and shops.

Relaxing vacation
Judy and Beau have thought of all the amenities, even home made cookies on arrival. It was close to all beaches in the area and easy access to great restaurants and San Diego. The Seaside Market in Cardiff is phenomenal. We would stay there again!

Perfect Spot Near a Great Beach
This studio apartment was perfect for our needs! Everything we needed for preparing our own food, comfortable bed, and roomy space, nice view! Judy and Beau were both friendly and helpful! We hope to stay with them again next time we come to visit family. Two cautions: If you are 5' 2" or smaller, the height of the counters might be un comfortable for you and if you don't like stairs, this wouldn't be the place for you. We found the apartment to be clean and well supplied. Good communication. Thanks so much Beau and Judy!

Wonderful, cozy apartment! Fully equipped kitchen! Great location!
This is a wonderfully equipped, cozy studio apartment in great location. this owner thinks of many little details like night lights and USB plugins. Delightful owners who were very responsive to any request. Will certainly stay here again.

Adorable place to stay with great views!
Judy and Beau made our stay even better with all the amenities including water, snacks, and extras in case we needed it like condiments. Very nice to have shampoo, body wash etc. very clean place and had everything we needed during our stay. We will be gong back for sure.

A warm cuddle of a place
A lovely, cozy little suite to stay in a lovely, cozy neighborhood. Our host was friendly and attentive, yet allowed our privacy with charm. The property was located near one of our favorite areas on the coast and near the Seacoast Market, a great place to pick up groceries and a wonderful deli with amazing food. It was just WONDERFUL!

Perfect Home Away From Home
We arrived just as the sun was setting. We watched the sun dip into the Pacific Ocean from the balcony of this little gem of a studio apartment in Cardiff By The Sea. The pre-vacation instructions Judy and Beau sent were accurate and we easily found our parking spot and our way into the immaculate studio. Once inside, we found that everything was labeled and there was even an instruction manual for everything we needed in the studio. We were treated to a little gift pack of snacks. I texted Judy that we had arrived. She welcomed us and made it clear that if we needed anything at all, she was only a text away. The studio had everything we needed. Even though Judy and Beau lived in the house below the studio, we never did see them which I actually appreciated. I know they would have helped us if we needed anything at all, but we didn't. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and the towels were luxurious. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the studio. The view was amazing. The location is just off the interstate so getting around was a breeze. There is nothing that could have been improved. We had a wonderful vacation here and hope to return soon!

Like having your own little apartment away from home
Judy and Beau have created a beautifully appointed studio in a quiet neighborhood up on the hill. Everything you could possibly want is provided including full kitchen, stocked bathroom, wonderful linens (fluffy bath towels!), huge, like-new beach towels, washer/dryer. Everything seemed like-new here. You are minutes from the town of Cardiff, and seconds practically from I5. You can drive up or down the coast 5 miles in either direction for more beaches and excellent restaurants. Your privacy is 100% respected even though the studio is technically part of the house. We only met Judy on the last day to say goodbye and thank you! The price is right too! Full disclosure: It is far too hilly to bike to town as I was hoping to do. The house is east of I5. However, we walked to town for coffee the first day and that was fine. Trying to bike back up that hill would be only for the truly hardcore bike enthusiasts!

Love this place
My wife and I were in town for a wedding and needed a place that she would be able to comfortably work remotely. This was perfect size for us with everything we needed to cook a couple easy meals ourselves. We drank morning coffee on the balcony everyday where we could look out at the ocean. There is even a washer and dryer where we were able to get a couple loads done so we didn’t have to do laundry once we got home. Great experience. If we return to the area we will definitely look at staying here again.

Couldn't have been more pleased.
The studio was a perfect fit for a lonely traveler, though you could easily entertain more people. Private entrance allowed come and go access any time of day or night. Judy and Beau were as lovely as the studio itself. It truly felt like home. The place has everything you would need to dine in and also plenty of refrigerator space for the leftovers from whichever dine out location you picked instead. The views from the patio are impressive and its only a mile up the road from some night life. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a place in this area to take advantage of these accommodations. You just might leave like I did, feeling like you have two new friends.

Wonderful!
We LOVED this cozy studio! The attention to detail here makes this place even more inviting. Judy and Beau truly make this feel like home away from home. The kitchen was so well stocked we had no issues cooking our own meals. There were even some condiments already in the fridge. Bathroom was spacious with extra toiletries. Couch and bed were very comfy. Love that she has everything labeled so there is no guessing with anything. My husband and I stayed here at the end of a two week trip and it was the perfect place to relax before heading home. Very short drive to several beaches and only about 20 minutes from downtown. Judy even left us a little snack basket with homemade cookies that were delicious. We are going back in the spring for a wedding and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful studios
This little studio was the perfect place! Everything was there for our convenience. Judy and Beau were wonderful. We felt at home. The privacy and quiet neighborhood was just a positive plus. The studio was very clean and roomy . They thought out every little detail of what anyone might need or want on a vacation getaway. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Had a blast and hope to visit soon. What a great escape from the heat of Las Vegas to a cool ocean breeze. Thank you again.

Wonderful perfect quiet comfortable little suite
Very charming, clean, quiet , comfortable place to stay. All the little extras provided were very appreciated. Condiments, salt & pepper, tea, laundry pods, even Q-tips. Very nice to have. Better than a hotel chain would provide. The location is great and close to everything for sight-seeing and the beach. We completely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!!
