Property was in a great location, clean and functional. Two minutes walk to the beach. Nice view of the ocean. The beachfront restaurants had good live music and food. On-site parking and the manager lady on-site was very nice.

The discrimination of the property did NOT mention the 4 floors of stairs and the steep inclined drive way. The TV did work and the property manger had no clue how to make it work.

Apartment was nice. Lots of small Items missing. Very few kitchen items available to cook with. Fridge had major ice build up. Super location! If they’d spent a few thousand dollars on each unit to bring them out of the 70’s, this place would be great. Overall, we had a super time!

The property is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The property has wonderful views of Cane Garden Bay and beyond, especially from the center eight units. The house keeping staff was friendly, responsive and keeps the property in great shape. Would definitely stay again if returning to Cane Garden Bay.

Affordable and comfortable
The location is ideal in relation to Cane Garden Bay beach however the location is up a steep hill. Also stairs to the upper level units. No worries for us but be advised. The pool is small but the courtyard is neat and includes a little wet bar area for drinks. This was our 4th stay there without issue. Certainly not like Quito's next door but certainly not the same price either!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Walkable distance to grocery, beach, restaurants. Pool was small but wonderful for our group, and you could view the ocean. View from balcony was breath-taking. Would definitely stay here again.

It was charming. Customer service was excellent. The quiet bathing pool area was particularly nice with my coffee in the morning. Would stay there again without hesitation. And the view was outstanding.

a gem at Cane Garden Bay
It may be a little outdated, but it is really nice. the rooms are spacious, the interior has nice colors, and the balcony with the view beats everything. not much communication with the owners, no reception, but everything worked out very well. Would definitely go again.

amazing views and rustic quaint charm. if you want modern and high end irs next door for twice as much. this is not the hilton however we came to tortola for an authentic experience. very nice beach with interesting beach bars, limited food choices and nighttime activities.

Loved being footsteps from this gorgeous beach. The view was lovely from the balcony. Lots of restaurants with great food. Very nice owner and staff. Pots and pans and towels need replacing. The bed and bedding, however were great. Wi-Fi and TV cable reception did not work. Terrible grocery store nearby with meh fruits and veggies and what appeared to be outdated grey deli items. This greatly limited what we could cook for ourselves.

Location is perfect for walking to shops & restaurants. The view is UNBELIEVABLE! It took about a day and a half to get on the wifi. We didn’t get the TV to work in the 3 days we were there. The room has a small kitchen. The bathroom is functional. The floor is tile and has 2 steps between the bed and bathroom- a bit scary if you get up in the night. The steps up to our room were steep and narrow. The little pool was refreshing after a day at the beach.

Great Property , Fantastic Value
The lighthouse Villas is an amazing property. It is in walking distance to everything in Cane Garden Bay (beach, restaurants, grocery stores). The view of the harbour from this charming property are breathtaking! Malcia , the proprietor of the Light House Villas goes out of her way to make you feel like family.

Couldn't get any body to answer me. No Wi-fi. No Cell signal. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was an overall bad experience. Mind you, I've stayed here before. I don't think I would do so again.

Highly recommended
Our stay was amazing. The rooms were very spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. Very short walk to great beach. Watching the sunset and view from the balcony was a highlight every day. Staff were always accommodating and made us feel right at home. The building is dated so has some issues with internet strength, water supply, but the owners were right on it! We will return.

Great location, amazing view. Beach just across the street and grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Make sure you have a phone # for check-in. The office was closed when we arrived but once we found a number, check-in happened within minutes.

Room with an awesome view!
Neat, clean property, nicely appointed and maintained. View from the balcony is amazing! Only challenges were poor communication with both VRBO and the manager as neither answered messages left, and a very steep little hilll to climb.

Dated but comfortable and spacious
The property has amazing views, however, it is dated. It does have AC which works well and beds are comfortable. Our suite, on the 3rd floor, was quite spacious. For the price compared to other new accommodations, it was to be expected.

Excellent stay. Malcia, the owner, was always available for local advice, help with taxis and seeing to our every need. Simone kept our room spotless. A couple of lights needed replacement and the tv didn’t work - but we didn’t need it. Hope to return.
