Excellent family vacation!
Our family of 4 stayed here during our kids’ spring break and it was the perfect spot! The condo was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed and appreciated having A/C and Wi-Fi for when we were in the unit. We appreciated that the property was secure - we felt very safe while we were here. The pool was lovely and we often had it all to ourselves. The space on the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed many card games under the palapas. We did a mix of eating meals in the condo and going out to dinner, both of which were easy to do. All of the staff and security guards were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your Cancun vacation!

I went for a quick few days away with my mom, and it was a nice place to stay. Conevenient located near the Isla Mujeres ferry, a few dining options and close to the hotel zone bus transit. Pool was right downstairs, and it opens to a beach water front. It was the perfect quiet getaway for someone ooking to disconnect and enjoy the weather. Nancy supported in coordinating transport to&from the airport. Would def recommend. It was a like a home away from home.

Condo and view were amazing! The host Nancy was excellent she was so helpful from booking the condo to assisting in getting a driver to and from airport extremely responsive! The security guards at the entrance were very helpful and friendly! Perfect vacation!

Location was good, nice view from balcony. That was IT! Condo is a mess. Hasn't seen a vacuum in ages. Area rug was disgusting to say the least. Balcony without breakfast set up is worthless. Bathroom lock broken does not lock. Bathroom fan broke. inner bedroom closet is a desaster, covered with cardboard half way exposing pipping and wiring and all the critters that live in there (we did not put our clothes in it) and yeah there are droplets of BLOOD!! on the floor by the bed!! Looks like a crime scene. We don't know if the TV is working cause we didn't get a new remote until the 6th day out of our 8 nights stay. The owner keeps telling me that if I don't tell her what was wrong with her unit she wouldn't know!! Seriously?? Does she pay me to inspect her rental for her? Isn't she supposed to check her unit before calling it ready to rent. I would venture she hasn't been in that unit for a long while. So I gave 2 stars for the view and that's all you'll get if you pick this unit. I have pictures if VRBO lets me post them in support for my review

Enjoyed our time there. Loved the fact that we had a private beach and pool. It’s an older condo but there’s nothing wrong with it. Great for a small family. Easy to get around. I recommend the bus. You hop on and then hop off where you want to go. Only a buck. We got picked up for our excursions right next door at the Aquamarina Hotel.

Great value for a long stay
The condo building is a friendly little community of some regulars- snowbirds- and families. There are not a lot of food options within walking distance but enough to get by. Convenient for the Isla Mujeres ferry. The views from the bedroom and balcony are amazing!!! There are some problems that arise with an older property but our very responsive hosts took care. The screen door for the balcony is not working and causes more aircon use than we would have liked. The little store on the property is very convenient and the staff helpful. As others have mentioned the noise from the pirate ships and especially the disco on the opposite beach are loud. The mornings are lovely and the beach is nicely situated so that you are not staring into a setting sun, but have shade and sun in the afternoons.

Great stay in Cancun!
The property was great for our family of four! Nancy was phenomenal with communication and recommendations for everything from restaurants to tours. Property and area felt safe - staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The beach was perfect for lounging and swimming and appeared to be the best beach around! We would definitely book this property again in the future.

If you travel from Canada to Cancun, don't expect this property and location to provide quietness and cleanness as we normally would have enjoyed in Canada, be prepared to bring your own amenities and snack or you buy after you arrive (even if late when you were already tired and just wanted sleep), and the problem is you may not be able to find nearby what you prefer to use and eat.

Great Getaway!
We had an amazing stay here at Nancy's condo! The property and place was clean, the view was incredible, and the location was central to all we wanted to see and do. The property is located in a gated community and security was so kind and helpful! Our keys were waiting for us upon arrival. We didn't waste any time getting to the pool! And the beach is also just steps away! The air conditioning worked wonderfully and it was very much needed during our stay! The back patio was the perfect place for us to have morning coffee, enjoy our meals, and we even got to enjoy a lightning storm one night out in the distance! The condo and property were very quiet and didn't seem extremely busy. Towels were provided for water activities, which was nice so we didn't have to pack those. Nancy was a great communicator and helped us to feel especially welcomed. She also scheduled our pickup from the airport and pickup to go back to the airport. Ray is also amazing and it was fun talking to him and getting to know about the area more. We definitely want to return in the future! Thanks again!

We liked the location of the property, it is in a quite area of the hotel zone. The host is very nice and prompt in her communication. But the unit is very dated and needs some maintenance. One of the doors doesn't close properly. The shower made lot of noise when turned on. Rest everything was fine.

4th floor ocean front condominium
Property is directly on the waterfront. It is a wonderful spot to watch sunrise over the water and boat traffic in and out of the harbor. Cool breezes keep the condo very comfortable. It is an easy bus ride to any place in the hotel district or into Cancun for supplies but yet not right in the middle of the madness of the hotel district. Very nice balance. Nancy could not have been nicer. Very easy to communicate with. The keys to the condo were waiting at the front gatehouse. Staff there were wonderful and very helpful. One thing to note is that because this is on the waterfront (not the lagoon), there are no mosquitos. We discovered the mosquitos when we tried to eat in a restaurant on the lagoon side of the main street.

Great spot on the beach
This condo is in a gated community right on the beach and also offers a very nice pool. It is within walking distance of the ferry to Isla Mujeres. On the beach you can find jet ski rentals, massage, fishing and tour guides. If you walk the road there are miles of bike path to enjoy. The little unit is on the 4th (elevator if you need it) floor and has a great view. We enjoyed it a lot.

Great Location Beachside Hotel Zone Cancun
After staying a week at the all-inclusive TRS Coral Hotel & Spa in Costa Mujeres, we stayed at this Bellamar 2-BR Condo in the Hotel Zone. It is right smack on the white sandy beach. Beach chairs are set up one row and there are coconut trees to provide shades. For dinner we went to Tostadas and has delicious food . There’s a beautiful Catholic Church across the Main Street on the way to Tostada’s. There are also Money exchanges, supermarket and mobile Covid19 test sites. Our room is on the 4th floor Unit 404 with panoramic views of the Gulf. It’s 2 BR for two couples. It’s nice gesture that the owner left fresh fruits and 4 bottles of water. The condo furniture looks new and the mattress is comfortable. The open air balcony that fits 4 comfortably is nice for eating or just admiring the 7shades of the Gulf water. The party boat noises didn’t really bother us (only one party boat during our stay). Check out the $50 openair beach Massage along the beach in the other properties, and the guy selling silver bracelets and bangles only $5-10 each. Great condo, great price
I am just back from 5 days at Nancy's condo in Cancun. The condo building and amenities were great - pool is large and clean, and well set up for kids with a shallow area and a nice ledge. The beach was well groomed, and the water is clear and warm, although it stays very shallow in the swimming area. The convenience store downstairs was a nice touch for little odds and ends that you may need along the way. The area is great - there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We had the Italian across the street (Fontina) which was delicious and super family-friendly, Carnitas Michoacán just down the street, and Hijos de la Tostada which was a bit further of a walk but well worth it - the food and ambiance there were lovely. Proximity to town and the airport are great. There is also a really nice paved running path along the main boulevard. The condo itself is small but clean. I was traveling with my 2 boys, so it was fine for the 3 of us. Stocked but not a lot of extras, so the convenience store downstairs was handy when we needed dishsoap, toilet paper, water, etc. Wifi was fast, and there was a nice selection of beach reads. Everyone was super helpful, and Nancy was responsive when I needed her. Overall, we had a great time and found the condo to be great value.

amazing beach spot!
A perfect spot for relaxing days on the beach with the option to dip in the awesome pool! Perfect white sand beaches and turquoise waters. 4 stars instead of 5 because there are loud pirate ships that come in around 10:30pm - not an issue if you go out but we have a toddler that goes to sleep early.

Just wonderful
This is a lovely condo right on a quiet small beach. The nightly pirate boats provided free fireworks every night and were our free entertainment. Nancy’s helper Laura was outstanding and dealt with any requests quickly and efficiently. Great holiday. There are no negatives only positives.

Nice beach front property

Private, secure, beautiful views, and very relaxing
This condo is both very comfortable and wonderfully located. The view of the Caribbean is, quite simply, stunning! The white sand beach is very private. The pool is beautiful and a little on the cold side, if you come in the cooler months. The ferry to lsla Mujeres, Cozumel, etc. is a short walk. Everything on the Zona Hotelera is easily accessible by bus or taxi. We have two kids so having a cooking facility is very important to us. The condo has a complete kitchen and and a balcony with a table--perfect for dining! Nancy--the owner--is very friendly and exceptionally easy to work with! She keeps the place well maintained and her on-site assistant is incredibly helpful! The condo has a security gate and a guard, which makes the building comfortably secure. Suffice it to say this place is a "real gem," an exceptional find in Cancun!

Exactly as advertised
Nice condo right on the beach. Secure with 24 hour security. Beach was nice and quiet compared to the busy resort beaches. The Pirate ships were very loud every evening but usually quiet by 10:30 or 11pm. Bring earplugs if you don't want to hear their music. The water in front of the condo is nice and clear but quite shallow with no waves. If you are wanting to body surf, you have to go to an east facing beach. One block to the bus stop, so easy ride into town or further up the hotel zone. No complaints.

Thanks for the review, Angela. Ah, yes, those Pirate Ships! They are a bit noisy at times but it's something that is part of the "ambiance" of Cancun. Some of the tourists enjoy them and some are just looking for the peacefulness. I don't get it, so we're on the same page. So glad you had a good time! Excellent condo, great location on the water!
The condo was very spacious, and the views were excellent. The beach is steps away, and the pool was fantastic. A great place to be if you don't want to be DIRECTLY in the middle of everything, but close to everything. My family had plenty of space, and everything we needed to enjoy Cancun!

Great Location and Great Value
We loved our stay at Bellamar Condominiums in Cancun. The location is right next to the Occidental Hotel on 4.0 Km in the Hotel Zone. This location is convenient to everything. It is near the ferries to Isla Mujeres, the Pirate Dinner cruises and the Dancer Catamaran Excursion. Taking the buses are easy and convenient. It is a short ride to the Party Zone or to the Walmart in the opposite direction. Cost is 12 peso's each way, which is about 70 cents or so. Just go to a bus stop and put your hand out if you want them to stop. Take the R2 bus to the Walmart and take any bus south to the Party Zone. For restaurants we ate at several that are within walking distance. The closest and by far cheapest is the Carnitas Michoacán on the main Blvd. Very good service and good food at a great price. Sirenas Raw Bar is a short walk down the beach just past the Occidental and Coco's Grill is less than a 10 minute walk up the beach towards downtown. All have very good food and reasonable prices. We really enjoyed the convenience of the small market located onsite inside of the gates at the condo's. Security was friendly and excellent. The pool was cool, comfortable and relaxing. But probably the best part of the condo's, is the excellent beach. The views are astounding and it is like having your own private beach. Just Perfect! The condo itself was comfortable and we enjoyed all of the amenities. But my boys really enjoyed the wifi. We did book an excursion from Rocky and loved it (2 and a half hour speed boat and snorkeling tour). The noise from the Pirate ships is noticeable but not that big of a deal and any location in this area of the Hotel Zone can hear them. We also really enjoyed spending time on the balcony, soaking up the breeze and the views. Cant say enough about the views from this oceanfront location. This is a must stay if you are planning to stay in Cancun. Perfect for families or couples. We will stay here again if we come back to Cancun.

Awesome Beachfront Condo
My husband and our two teenagers had a fantastic time at this condo! We stayed for 4 days around Easter weekend and enjoyed the view from the 2nd floor condo, especially at sunrise. From the condo you can see the island, Isla Mujeres, as well as look down on a white sand beach as well as a beautiful pool. We appreciated how conscientious Nancy was in helping us complete the condo booking, and make the final arrangements for transportation from the airport. The condo is in a gated complex with 24 hour security, plus has a cute convenience store downstairs to get snacks and sodas. Nancy's condo includes Internet WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, two comfortable bedrooms with a king size bed in one and twin beds in the second bedroom. The location of the condo is outstanding, whether you are looking for diving (in which we used Scorpio Diving across the street), taking the Isla Mujeres ferry, going deep sea fishing, taking the Jungle boat tour, grabbing a Starbucks coffee, or enjoying many other fun activities all within walking distance. It was also easy to get a taxi at the Occidental Hotel in front of the BellaMar Condominium complex. The condo is also not in the most crowded part of the Hotel Zone, but still easy to get to the shops and nightlife if you want. We highly recommend booking a stay at this condo!

Everything you need
The condo is small but well equipped and clean and the building and grounds are well maintained. the kitchen comes well stocked. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Nice balcony view of the beach. The price is very reasonable and Nancy is super nice and easy to deal with. the only small negative I can think of is it can be noisy at times with the daily pirate ships which arrive back at around 10:30 pm and on occasion the Dancer which docks at around 1:00 am. This happened only once during our stay so wasn't much of an issue for us. The beach has nice soft sand and shallow water. There is a small store steps away from the beach to purchase refreshments. There are plenty of long time renters there who are very friendly and can answer any questions you have about the area. We were advised to see Rocky on the beach to purchase excursions- he gave us a very good price on a day at Xcaret. I would definitely rent there again and can see why people stay there year after year.

Great location.
View and location are awesome. Secure apartment in guard-gated complex. 5 min walk to the ferry port for Isla Mujeres. The bathroom and the beds are nice. But the rest has a dated look and feel. Owner and her assistant are helpful and responsive.

总体来说还不错，就是蚂蚁太多！
圣诞节期间住在这里，房间紧凑，卫生干净。但蚂蚁泛滥，让人难过。晚上比较吵，因为海上有夜游船，直到10点音乐才结束。小片门前的海滩还不错，孩子可以捉小鱼玩。
