I am very sorry to hear that Mr. de Graaff didn’t enjoy his stay with us. I believe that Mr de Graaff’s expectations weren’t met from the beginning as he mistakenly booked the wrong accommodation online. Unfortunately I couldn’t accommodate his request as the other property was already occupied by other customers. July and August is high season for us and we are fully booked well in advance. I believe this is what set the tone for mr de Graaff’s review and disappointment. The 2 villa and Suite-Apartment are very different in size and style, but both beautiful. One being bigger and at the back of the property, and the other being smaller with view over the swimming pool. It is a matter of taste on which customers’ prefer. However we have never received any major complain on the pool villa and this can be confirmed by reading the 100+ reviews of our very satisfied customers. Many customers that have stayed at the pool villa have come back again and again. With regards to the air con it is clearly stated that its cost is dependent on how many units are used during someone’s stay. Mr de Graaf and his family had the air con on constantly for the whole week and this came to a total cost of 25 euros. Personally I would say that 3.5 eur a day to have the air con on all day and night is a fair price. It is also worth mentioning that it is standard practice for smaller businesses in Tuscany to charge their customers for air con as an additional service. Finally in answer to the comment about the pool villa being ridiculously expensive I would like to stress that August is high season in Italy. Moreover, paying 1750 eur p.w for a 130sq mt villa with 3 double bedrooms with all facilities available and sharing the cost between 8 people is extremely competitive not to say a steal! We encourage mr de Graaf to find something in the area for the same period, same size and similar facilities available at a lower cost. Residence Oasis

CATASTROPHIQUE … c'est quand ils nous arrivent des clients comme eux… Je m'attendais une appréciation négative de leur part, parce qu’ils voulaient une grande villa payant un prix d’une petite villa et ne pouvant pas les satisfaire, parce que nous étions au complet, ils ont eu depuis le premier jour de leur séjour chez nous un comportement négatif. D’ailleurs vous pouvez voir que nous avons aucune appréciation negative mais centaines des appréciation positives sur mes locations. Ne sachant pas quoi écrire, ils ont donné une description complètement imaginative. Nous commençons par la route où l’on dit qu’elle est pleine de bosses, les bosses ont été faites exprès pour ralentir les voitures afin de ne pas mettre en danger les enfants et les invités et laisser l’eau de pluie couler dans les fossès latérales. Au lieu de cela la maison est très jolie avec sa terrasse couverte pour la pluie et son grand jardin privé , pas du tout à l'ombre avec beaucoup de soleil pour lequel j'ai dû mettre de rideaux pour protéger de la lumière. Je n'ai jamais dit que la climatisation est gratuite, je ne comprends pas pourquoi la cliente dit que c'était inclus, mais comme dans toutes les locations le prix dépend de la consommation ... et s’il n'a pas fonctionné simplement parce qu'ils n’avait pas soulevé l’interrupteur de climatisation que je lui avais indiqué. Un autre mensonge qu’ils ne nous ont pas vu pendant 5 jours, je dors dans la Résidence et j’y suis toujours, et mon manager est allé le lendemain et le sur lendemain pour leur offrir une bouteille de vin rouge local et leur donner des informations. Cependant, je ne comprends pas pourquoi louer un chalet dans la campagne si vous ne voulez pas voir des insectes, mieux louer un appartement au dernier étage dans un centre-ville….pour les petit scorpions vous pouvez rarement les trouver en Toscane e sud italie mais il sont inoffensif. Je suis désolé de ne pas les avoir satisfait mais je fais toujours de mon mieux et pour c’es clients la prochaine fois je vais essayer de lui faire plaisir en lui donnant une grande maison pour le coût d'un petit .
