Dear Alexander, Many thanks for your feedback. Our base price includes 2 guests and as per our policy, we charge £20 per additional guest. You had 5 additional guests during your stay and we charged much lower than what we should have charged! With regard to the picking up of keys, apologies but If you are an hour before than the check in time, we cannot give you the keys since the penthouse is getting cleaned. But no worries at all, please do give us an opportunity to host you all again and we shall ensure that we shall provide you with an excellent service as reflected from our other reviews!
