Great Condo
This condo is fantastic. Overall location is great. Easy walking distance to town and back. Condo is well stocked. We only had a problem with the air in one of the bedrooms the entire stay. The host tried to fix but was unable to get someone there due to holiday weekend. That was a little frustrating because we notified them the first day. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Beautiful week
Awesome location, easy access to pools and palapa bar. Great location to have as home base. Lots of extras. Hats, sun block, sundries, grocery bags, etc etc. Easy walk to marina and healthy walk to Medano Beach. Ocean not swimmable at this location. Easy check in. No daily housekeeping (we didn’t care). Safe didn’t work. One bedroom air conditioner didn’t work. We were fine but FYI. Get a massage at Zen on Medano, eat at Solomon’s, Outpost, Casasola, Mamas, Manta, crabs at the Office, rooftop at Baja Brewery (drinks and view)!

Great place for a holiday
We enjoyed Terrasol very much. It was not crowded and our condo had a lovely view of the beach. Resorts next door provided excellent restaurant options. Our condo was well supplied, especially with towels and kitchen gadgets. Mattresses were comfy and the toilet paper was top of the line. We would book the same unit again. Some issues we feel should be remedied: - metal screen door does not latch. - it would have been helpful to have two sets of keys, though we did not ask for one. - malfunction of a knob on the gas grill; we had to turn the gas off on the tank. - both sliding screen doors need repair; master bedroom one did not slide and the track was caked with sand and dirt; the living room one is broken out at the bottom. - the lighting inside could be improved; under-counter LED light were finicky, sometimes they could be controlled and other times not; we worked on jigsaw puzzles and sometimes found it too dark or too much glare. - we could not figure out how to work the TVs; the remotes had dead or leaking batteries. My most personal disappointment is the tepid or lack of response from the owner. In particular I sent a message indicating that we were celebrating two anniversaries, a fiftieth and a tenth. I got no response from the owner.

Absolutely Loved Terrasol
This was our first vacation to Mexico.We took our son/daughter-in-law and 9 month old granddaughter with us. Terrasol was absolutely perfect for us. We wanted a place to relax, and to be away from the noise, and this was THE place. It felt so secluded and quiet there. It was absolutely what was pictured, which was right on the beach.Loved that we could enjoy the beach AND the pools. So often we had the pool to ourselves; whether a morning swim, afternoon, or evening. It was SO refreshing/relaxing. Very clean. Our rooms were great too; nice to each have a bathroom and kingsized beds. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. My husband and son enjoyed working out in the gym each morning, before a stroll on the beach, and a dip in the pool. Location was great for walking down town or to marina easily, with the stroller we brought. Brad was super responsive to any questions I had. He was so helpful in locating a pack-n-play for the baby. He set up the transportation for us from the airport, and was so accommodating. After walking around Cabo and seeing other possibilities of where we could have stayed, I am SO glad we found Terrasol. PS.We recommend The Outpost for a farm to table type restaurant. Really enjoyed the FOOD and VIEW at Baja Brewing (reasonable prices), and the tacos at Tacos Guss. Cabo Wabo was also good. Perfect place a nice vacation
Even though we had a "hiccup" the first day with no electricity or water, Brad stepped right up to make sure we had a cooler full of ice and candles until the problem was resolved. He was great! Condo was perfect. Great location to the pools and walking distance to town.

Great Stay!
We picked this property as it was so convenient to the marina and downtown. The condo was well maintained and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The pool and the ocean was just steps away. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again real soon!

Terrasol was a great condo for our family of four
Enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Some condiments were left in the fridge so a bonus to not have to purchase. Grabbed a Uber to town or a short walk for meals and shopping. We will definitely stay here again room 153 Brad was quick to get back to me on questions. Can’t wait for next time!

Fantastic!!
We loved staying in this property! It was so nice to be able to make coffee each morning and enjoy the view of the ocean from the patio. Bonus: check under the living room TV in the cabinet for a couple of sets of binoculars perfect for spotting whales! There were plenty of beach towels, a washer and dryer, separate AC units in each bedroom along with ceiling fans, and plenty of paper products for our stay. It's a quick walk to either pool, and the restaurant at one pool was perfect for breakfast, afternoon snacks or lunch, and cocktails. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in and were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and walk to town. It's a short walk to the marina where you can find plenty of restaurants and other fun things to do. Overall this was a fantastic property and location and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Cabo.

Perfect!
We just got home late last night from staying in unit 153 and everything was just as described and super clean. It’s equipped everything you need. The view from the patio is beautiful. It’s very peaceful at Terrasol which we enjoyed. The restaurant at the resort has the best pancakes! Weather was perfect as well. You can sit out on the patio and watch the whales or walk down you the beach for a better view. Terrasol has the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Simply gorgeous! It’s a short walk to the Marina where you can find anything you want from restaurants, bars and souvenirs. If I had any questions prior and during our stay, Brad was always quick to respond. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Recommend for restaurants: Los Barriles, Captain Tony’s and Tiki bar. And hole in the wall bar… Happy Ending’s

Whale watching from the patio!
We loved watching whales from the table on the shaded patio and saw breeching mother and baby whales, pods of breeching and tail-flipping whales—a definite highlight as not all the condos have ocean views. Location was an easy walk to town with its restaurants/bars/activities, but we liked that the complex itself is low key and relaxed, focused mainly on the beach and pools (note the beaches all along this stretch of coast are not swimmable due to strong undertow, but we were fine with this). We liked the palapas bar at the pool—great chilaquiles—note that it’s open only until around 5 so you need to have other plans for dinner since there are no other restaurants at Terrasol (although you can walk along the beach to several other resorts). The condo itself was very comfortable, nicely appointed, and has just about everything one could need. Brad and Lulu were very responsive when we had questions and answered quickly. We would happily return in the future.

We loved having this condo as a base. It is on the Pacific side, away from the crowds, but a walk away from downtown. Loved the unit, the location, and the whole vibe at the pooL/ restaurant. Everything was great!

Nice patio setup
We had 3 families staying at the resort, each in a different unit. Ours was the closest to the pool and to the ocean. Our partial view from the outside patio was fine and one of the better of the units in our building. We were usually the place where everyone gathered for meals as we did most of them ourselves. We made full use of the outside dining table and the large barbeque. Highly recommend.

Amazing Beautiful Perfect
The property is located close to town, close to the beach, and close to the pool. We watched whales from the back porch and enjoyed all the extra amenities this property provides. They have thought of everything that you may need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. The home was perfect for two couples to enjoy. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Everything we expected
This property was perfect for my family of 4. The access to the pool and the beach, the option to go to a restaurant right there, the distance to town- it was all what we expected. Also, I want to thank Brad for welcoming us, recommending our driver, and providing a pack n play for my 1 year old. We hope to be back next year!

Fabulous Vacation!
We loved Cabo! First time to visit and definitely a memory maker. We brought college age kids and everyone loved the accommodations and location to downtown and marina. Walking distance to great restaurants and night life. Excellent communication with Brad, the property manager- he was timely with responses and full of any suggestions we needed. Definitely on the list to come back.

Right on the beach!

Beautiful condo right off of the beach!
Lovely condo & resort/area. Mere steps to the beach & pool. Recycling is offered, which we loved. Walkable to the marina & downtown area- we walked everywhere during our stay. (Brad is very helpful & can assist with airport transportation, & COVID testing, if needed.) Decent on-site restaurant, but be sure check out all of the wonderful seafood in the local restaurants close by. We especially liked Solomon's Landing ($$$), Romeo y Julieta ($$$), Crazy Lobster ($$), & EcoBar for fish tacos & cocktails ($$). Downtown is full of taco places & is a vibrant party scene at night. Lots of good shopping- I bought a gorgeous Talavera bowl & Oaxacan blanket for very good prices. Silver/jewelry galore! Whale-watching is a must if you're there in season- Cabo Trek was great, & they have marine biologists on their charters. The Pacific side is rough, so there's no swimming, but the 2 pools are very nice. It was definitely an older crowd when we stayed, almost no children, so it's pretty quiet & peaceful. (Cabo generally didn't seem to be a big 'kid' destination, compared to other beach areas we've been to.) We met several long-time Terrasol residents who were very nice. We will be back!

Beautiful paradise
We stayed the week of Feb 5-12, 2022. This condo was just perfect for the 4 if us! All the essentials are available for cooking. The bathrooms have all you could possibly need. We saw whales from our patio, short walk to the pool and beach. Very close to town. Defenitly would stay here again.

A good manager makes a meaningful difference
Terrasol is an awesome place to stay if you like peace and quit and the company of great people, i.e. long term renters and owners. The condos are aging but that's OK it's part of the charm. It's important to have a manager who is responsive to your needs. Brad was awesome in getting an electrician out to solve a problem with the stove which turned out to be a faulty breaker. Be careful around the loungers at the pool or on the patio, the legs stick out and are a natural trip hazard. The loungers on the beach are a better design. The unit has great access to the beach and pool but also great access to the driveway cabs or Uber pick up. Easy walk to the marina. All of the staff at Terrasol are wonderful, helpful and are long time employees. Solmar beach is excellent for walking or running on but do not swim there. It's dangerous due to undertows and huge waves and when it's flat the boats run very close to shore and you are at risk of getting hit. The pools however are perfect for swimming and one has a swim up bar and restaurant. I keep coming back to this area and these condos year after year and feel safer walking the streets of Cabo than I do in most cities in the U.S. Come enjoy the sun, the beach, the fishing, the whales, the awesome food and the great people. Use common sense, be careful and you will have a great time.

We always love Cabo and esp enjoyed this trip. We came in December and the weather was perfect. This was our first visit this late in the year. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching the whales migrate through. As always TerraSol was wonderful… we love the tranquility and location of this resort. Brad, the property manager was wonderful and catered to our requests. Can’t wait to go back to Cabo and would definitely stay at this condo again!

The location was beautiful, and we had everything we needed in Terrasol. Not many places could beat the view and access from this condo. The only thing that was missing was having a list of suggestions from the owner in the beginning of the trip.

Superb piece of Paradise
This place was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint. I was traveling with my wife and two older teen kids. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was great, from the Palapa bar to the pools and reception. Brad was fantastic and super easy to deal with. Brad Redahl manages many units in Cabo and I will be sure to look for his name on any rentals in the future. We all really enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the locals as they were not all panicky and freaked out by the Rona BS. hey They are so friendly there and we had good experiences all around. If your still freaked out aby the Rona, get vaccinated or stay home. These travel destinations desperately need to get back to normal.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions. It is specious, clean and well stocked and have a beautiful ocean view. The two large bedrooms easily accommodates 2 couples or a family.
