Too IKEA for a Senior
The property is very nice. Great location. The furniture is very uncomfortable. The sofa is very wide so a person cannot sit on the sofa with out pillows to support your back. The rattan/ wicker chairs and chaise were equally uncomfortable. After a long day of walking its nice to relax. We couldn't do that, The bedding duvet and feather bed had makeup on it. I turned the comforter around so that the open end was at the bottom of the bed and not near our faces. That was gross. Our girl Flor that checked us in came by to check on us the day before we left and took pictures of the bed. I assume it has been cleaned by now. We came home after dinner to 3 cockroaches on the kitchen floor. Only caught one. We immediately went down to the office. The girl at the desk called the Concierge Karen. She said she would send some one down right away. No one ever came. I sent her an email the next day and she apologized for the inconvenience. I did not consider a cockroach an inconvenience. Only a health issue for me. The elevators were only working the first few days. All the elevators broke down. We waited 4 hours to get back up to our condo ( With our groceries). We did not understand when we checked in that there was one more entrance through the glass doors on the 2nd floor. The day we checked out the elevators were still not working. We had to haul our suitcases down the stairs. We did get a visit from the Manager Mario. Very nice man. The complex offered to pay for our transportation back to the airport. We are grateful for that. The microwave is so high we had to stand on the step stool to see inside it. I have Never seen a microwave installed that high The hot tub on the roof was a waste of money. The stairs are dangerous. Would have been nice if it was outside of the living area. Other than that, the place was nice. Just not for us. We would not recommend it for seniors but for sure younger people. We would stay at one of the other properties. We visit Cabo every other year for 10-14 days. Sorry, We left disappointed in the property.

Contemporary moden stlye is not for you. "Not-IKEA" furniture, Italian-made and local artists and design.

Excellent Location and Condo
The property was as described perfect location at the Marina close to every thing!!! The concierge Flor was amazing very helpful and efficient we highly recommend using her services. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing very clean , quiet . The staff was super helpful especially in these times with the corona virus the condos are beautiful top shelf all in AL the staff the condos AA+++++ we are definitely looking forward to going back

AMAZING PROPERTY.
My boyfriend and I came in town for his 30th birthday and I’m so glad I found this condo. It was beautiful. The condo sits right on the marina close to everything. We only took a car to our excursions but walked everywhere else. The property manager Flor was awesome. From the time we booked she was in contact with me and booked our excursions for us and our round trip transportation to and from the airport. She was available via text any time we needed anything. I will definitely be back and I’ll be staying here again! Cabo was great.

Couldn't ask for more...
This was literally home away from home. The property and the development itself is top notch. We spent a full day of our trip just relaxing at the property. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is here. A walk down to the plaza and you have a plethora of entertainment and food options at your footsteps. We were able to walk to the flea market to Taco Gus(a must have for local tacos), to the beach, the marina, everywhere....that's a plus in my book! The home is well appointed(honestly looks like much place minus the marina, lollll). I plan on making Cabo a regular getaway and will always look for this property first, b4 booking anything else.

The building is new, secure, and next to everything. The internet is great, and the apartment has everything you need for a long stay (I stayed for 3 weeks and loved it). Thanks!
