Girls Weekend
This property was beautiful clean and spacious for a group of 8 women We loved the game and TV rooms as well as the close proximity to the water! Hot tub was fabulous I would not hesitate to stay here again

Post Labor Day vacation
Property was everything listed and more. Unload your car and walk to all the town of Onset has to offer. The house went above and beyond what we expected. Clean, lots of space and more amenities than I can list. We had a great time, great weather and location!

Wonderful Home!

A great stay
The house is wonderful. Thr grandkids and kids really enjoyed the arcade and theater room. We loved the front porch for morning coffee. The beach was private and minutes away. We walked to the village for ice cream, mid morning coffee, and early dinners. A great find.

Family get away
The home was absolutely perfect. Our family loved it and despite a day of rain there was so many things to do. The owner thought of EVERYTHING a family on vacation could need. We would definitely go back again.

Wedding weekend in Onset
We just stayed for our wedding weekend with 9 guests in the house and it was the perfect spot. It had more space than we needed, plenty of activities at the house, and was a short walk into the nearby town. Tim was super easy to communicate with and even left us a few "recovery bags" for after the wedding. 10/10!

Second Stay at Margarita House
This is our second time staying at the property. The full-sized hot tub is awesome. The movie room was great for sports and family movie night. The kids (and adults) spent endless time in the arcade room. The nearby beach isn't the greatest but everything is super walkable. It's also an easy drive to sandwich. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving in Onset
We loved our stay in Onset! The house was perfect for our two families with young and tween children with plenty to do inside and out. We fully enjoyed the hot tub and game room, super comfy beds, the short walk to the beach, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Tim was easy to communicate with, and so accommodating. Great experience all around!

Well stocked house, clean spacious, arcade room a plus! Plenty of seating for meals. My grandkids were happy and busy all week. Quick walk to the beach, great water park by railroad bridge. Good location.

East Coast/Cape Cod trip 2022
The house is beautiful, was newly built and was very clean (the only issue was that previous tenants severely stained the carpeting up and down all stairwells, which is truly a shame. I let the manager know and he was aware and informed me that they had it professionally cleaned and the stains could not come out. Such a shame that tenants caused so much damage to the rental). Everyone loved family game night in the game room, the house is very spacious and had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was only a short and pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach of Buzzard's Bay. One thing I did not know - this house is not on Cape Cod - apparently, once you cross the bridge signifies entering Cape Cod, however, this location is in a quiet residential area and within a very short drive across the bridge to Cape Cod, so it worked for our needs just fine. There is a beautiful church directly across the street and we loved to hear the church bells ringing, especially Sunday morning. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in this rental and I highly recommend it for future vacations.

Wonderful family vacation
We had our two daughters and their children on vacation. The three kids loved the arcade and theater. Our son in law challenged us to the basketball arcade game. The house was lovely. We had 97 degree days, so we did not use the hot tub or fire pit.

The house and location were wonderful. So much to do at the house, we didn’t want to leave! The neighbors were great!! Stayed with another couple, our college aged kids and our 10 year old son! Nobody ever got bored!

Fun and Relaxing
This property was one of the best I have rented in all my years of vacationing. It was spacious and provided the perfect setting for my daughter’s 16th birthday celebration. All of her guests thought arcade and theater room was fantastic. I was delighted the kitchen provided all of the needed utensils and cookware. The beds were very comfortable and it was an added to plus to have 3 full bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place!
My friends and I rented Tim's place for a long weekend / Girls Getaway. It was perfect - plenty of room, well stocked. Some bath and kitchen towels were provided, bed sheets, kitchen supplies (dishwasher soap, coffee filters, spices, hand soap, etc.) - many home rentals require that you bring your own towels and linens so this was a huge plus. The house is beautiful and very clean and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Beach chairs and cart are available for use. The arcade in the garage was a lot of fun, even for a group of women from 50 - 70 yrs old. The theater room was also great. You will not regret staying here!

Off season family get away
This place had a lot to offer. My teenage boy never left the ground floor without being dragged. Between the games and large TV setup we never saw them. We were minutes from down town, which allowed us to enjoy a couple of the restaurants. Kitchen was well appointed, the house had plenty of space and the beds were quite comfortable. I cant speak for the space in season, but we thoroughly enjoyed it this time of year

Dream Home for a Winter Getaway
This was such a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was clean. The arcade was such a hit with the kids, and perfect for a cold weekend away! The hot tub was great, though it was not warm enough to use the first night, so that was a bit of a bummer. They keep the temperature too low when it's not in use - I get it, but it was disappointing. The communication was great and very easy.

The house is exactly as described and more. The house had everything, bikes, arcade, well equipped kitchen … We had no problems cooking our Christmas diner. We were able to take day trips to Cape Cod and even Maine. The perfect location! The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Do not hesitate in renting here you won’t be disappointed !

Great Location and Fun For All!
Great for our Fall extended family getaway! We arrived to find the property as described and found each room was comfortable with comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms were cheerful and stocked with complimentary amenities. We are a family who enjoys cooking together and the kitchen accommodated all of us, spacious cooking area and huge pantry. The garage is converted into a game room, which was a big hit for everyone, we are all kids at heart! With that being said, there is no covered garage or parking, which might be a problem for some traveling in inclement weather. The downstairs family room was a nice addition, as well as the bar. The spa was a nice feature that we enjoyed.. The house is very close to town and restaurants, some walkable as well. The only disappointment was staining on the carpets, mainly on the stairs to the game room, which didn't look like anyone tried to clean them up before new guests arrived. All in all, this property was wonderful and we all made great memories to last a lifetime!

Fun place to catch up and hangout with friends!
We had a great time spending the weekend with close friends at Tim's place! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to hangout and the basement (with arcade and theater) was a huge hit! the location is in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed with cooking/baking basics. Overall a nice place to stay to catch up with friends!

Amazing house and location for our vacation!
We were a group of 3 families from Falmouth, ME and this house was perfect for our week-long vacation. We had enough room to spread out but there was also enough room in the common areas to all be together. The house is better than the pictures and descriptions. The first floor has the arcade room / garage (There's plenty of parking in the driveway, so using the garage for the arcade and extra storage of coolers, beach toys, wagons, etc is perfect!) and the movie room. The kids spent most of the time here, but the adults also used it! The second floor has the kitchen, pantry, large living room and a queen bedroom connected to a full bath that is also the common bath for that floor, and a great front porch. The third floor has a king master suite, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with twin/full bunk and separate twin bed, a full bathroom and a large laundry room. The laundry room was large enough to store luggage and some extra dry food. You could probably put a pack and play in there - it's dark and quiet for naps, I'm sure! The master suite also has a huge balcony which was much appreciated. The patio area (accessed off the kitchen) was great and very useful. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had basic cooking stuff - oil, flour, etc... The location was great because it wasn't in the hub of everything, but you could easily walk to a small beach or restaurant and drive anywhere you want in a short amount of time. We really can't think of anything that was missing or any part of the house that we didn't enjoy. We try to go somewhere different every year, but if we ever came back to this area, we would 100% rent this house! Thank you!!

Vacation stay was amazing!!!
Tim was a fantastic host. This home had amazing amenities and was extremely clean. The home is the perfect location for all that the cape has to offer. It is a very short walk to the beach as well. Kids LOVED the game room!! This home was well stocked with everything you will need for a vacation. The attention to detail is flawless and definitely noticed that a lot of thought went into making the guests feel comfortable in their stays. I highly recommend Tim as a host and his home to any other VRBO guests that are looking to stay here. We would love to come back someday. A++++ Host!!!!

Wonderful family house
We had a great time here. Well-stocked in towels. Place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house had all the kitchen appliances needed to cook and some. The waffle maker was a hit. Waking distance to a very large wooden castle park for the kids (just past the town). Would definitely go back. For those working from home, internet can support 3 people on zoom calls without any problems.

This house was even better than the photos! It had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had all the amenities we could’ve wanted for our short getaway. The arcade and movie rooms were fun additions! The location is great as well - short walk from local restaurants and the beach. Great overall experience!

Amazing House
We stayed at the Margarita House for a girls weekend (ages 30s/40s) and had a wonderful stay. We knew because of Covid we would be in the house the majority of the trip and we couldn't have picked a better place. The house is so well equipped with from everything from multiple crock pots, both kinds of coffee makers (kcup and regular), all pots and pans etc you could need. We did a lot of cooking and were all able to hang out around the giant kitchen island/peninsula. We took advantage of the movie room one afternoon and played the arcade games which was a fun break from the lounging around. The couch on the main floor is amazing for cuddling up and chatting with friends, this is where we spent the majority of our time. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. The house is also very close to beaches, so we took a lovely walk down to the little town and along the beach. The town looks like a great little place for the summer season, the house had tons of coolers and beach chairs so we hope to return in the summer. We had just a couple of minor questions for the owner and he was very responsive. 6 stars, definitely pick this house!

Great House!
What a fun-filled house close to the beach! The house is in a great location within walking distance to a beach, but has so much to offer in the form of entertainment that it’s an awesome vacation stay rain or shine all year long! Arcade games and theater were great fun on a rainy day. Hot tub perfect at night!! The house really has everything you need. We usually like trying new places with all the housing rentals available, but this place definitely is enticing enough to make our entire family (kids and adults) want to return again :) Owner was super quick to respond to any message sent.

Fantastic Escape for Family
This house was even better than expected: it was perfectly clean and supplied with everything we needed. It had excellent wi-fi, a nice kitchen, and great layout for a family of 5. We were conveniently near local beaches, supermarket, and several solid take-out options. In the winter, it is quiet and beautiful near the water, with amazing views and wide open beaches for walking. There are plenty of nearby points of interest, but since it was during COVID, we remained at the house for most of our stay. The highlight of the trip for the kids (ages 7-15) was the game area. They have all the classic arcade games of the 80’s, Golden Tee, etc., a driving game, a full sized skee ball machine, air hockey, and a substantial hoop shoot. The big driveway and nearby parking lot were wide open for bikes and more basketball right outside. The home theater next to the game room has comfy seating for everyone to spread out and enjoy the surround sound on movie nights. This set-up kept everyone happily occupied for days. The hot tub was huge, clean, worked well, and was a lot of fun, even in the snow. I imagine the outdoor grill and bar area, outdoor shower, porches and fire pit would be great in warmer months. Tim was great and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely come back! Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

Great House
The whole family enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable, and everything was as described. The owner, Tim, is very accommodating and communicative. Arcade games were wonderful, and meant that even on a cold, snowy/rainy day our kids were entertained. Beach is a very short walk through a cute neighborhood. We would love to return.

Perfect for all ages!
With 3 kids under 3 and under, this house had exactly what we all needed. It felt like our home away from home. The kids and dog had the layout down quickly! We loved that the arcade could open to the theater room so we could put the TV on for the kids and still have an eye on them while we had fun in the arcade. The kitchen was well stocked and was open to the living area to be able to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. The rooms that weren't the master were still good size and the master was fabulous, I wish I had it at my own house! The walk in closet was huge, we even put a pack and play in there for our 4 month old so we wouldn't bother her at night going in and out. The beds were very comfortable. The side patio area was cozy, we loved the hot tub - well needed after chasing the kids all day. We left once and took the kids to the playground down the road. We plan to stay again!

Cannot day enough about this home - location is great, REALLY clean and all the little details make it the perfect getaway. Tim was quick to respond and his suggestions were spot on. Do yourself a favor, use one of the bikes and take an evening bike ride along the canal. Beautiful. FIVE STARS

Excellent Family Getaway!
Let me start by saying that on our last night, we were contemplating booking extra days. Unfortunately, the house was already booked. Although the town left a lot to be desired, the house made up for it! We had 3 generations of family members in one house and this property provided plenty of entertainment and comfortable space for all. The kitchen was well equipped and had most every small appliance needed as well as cooking utensils. Kids and adults enjoyed the amazing arcade in the garage. We had movie night in the comfortable media room. Relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Although the house is situated on a main street, it is set back enough that it feels very private. Our five and seven year olds, had no trouble walking to the quiet and calm beach twice a day as it was a short 4min walk! This house was top notch! We were sad to leave and look forward to coming back one day.

Very clean house with a big, modern kitchen and a garage converted into the coolest arcade around! Hot tub, propane grill and tons of outdoor seating. Two great TV/movie rooms too. Walking distance to two small beaches, quick drives to larger beaches and easy driving to everything else you need to have a great week by the sea.

Great house for a family vacation
The house is great! We got a ton of use out of the arcade, the movie theater room, the bonfire and the hot tub. It was a wonderful place to stay during all the Covid craziness because we had so much entertainment right at the house. The house is on a fairly busy street and the sidewalks are narrow. Walking to the beach and town wasn't a problem but it was too difficult to ride bikes right from the house. Really loved the place though, and the owner was easy to work with. Our only complaint was the lack of curtains in the bedrooms. The mini blinds just don't keep the light out so most of our group couldn't sleep once the sun came up. Otherwise, wouldn't change a thing! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home
We had 2 birthdays and an anniversary to celebrate between 2 families , 6 kids ages 4-14 and this house did not disappoint. The weather wasn’t the best , but that’s exactly why this house worked out. I don’t know who had more fun in the arcade, the adults or the kids. Endless games to entertain all day long. The movie theater was fun at night, the house is so spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a huge hit for the kids and adults and the walk to the private beach was easy and convenient. We ordered our locally since there is still restrictions and the downtown area is walking distance. We really hope to make this a tradition and come back next year!

16th girls winter trip
At one time the 5 of us women (ages now from 40-60ish) all worked together & started going away twice a year (January & June). This house was perfect for us. Beautiful home, Clean, beds are so comfortable, fully stocked kitchen & we loved the arcade/theater room. We all agreed this was by far our best rental & we are planning on booking again next January.
