Our Stay in Bourne
We had a wonderful time staying on the Cape. This apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Our hosts were very kind leaving us treats upon our arrival. They made our first experience staying at a VRBO a wonderful one.

Quiet, beautiful views
We had a wonderful stay at Katrina and Michael's rental. The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the serenity and beautiful landscape, especially the estuary view. We would absolutely return anytime we may visit the Cape again!

Wonderful place and caring hosts
This stay was exactly what we needed. After a 6 hour airline delay we ended up arriving at 11:30pm with two little ones. I let the hosts know of our delay and they were not only accommodating and make the late check in easy, but they made up the futon for our kids and left some late night snacks out for us to enjoy. On top of all of that the place itself was beautiful, clean, and the perfect space for our family of 4. They graciously shared their raspberry garden with us (our daughter even took a handful for the road when we checked out) and made us feel very welcome our entire stay. We will definitely be returning!

best stay ever
amazing experience in cape cod. the owners were very hospitable and decor was amazing. you can tell great detail and catering to guests was top priority. cleanliness was top notch. everything you need was provided or address by owners. even lounge chairs were provided for beach visits. cant say enough good things about the place and owners. looking forward to staying there again

Great Cape Cod Getaway
The property was better than advertised with some real nice views! A very peaceful, pretty place to relax but very close to everything. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Every detail is covered with this property, you just need to show up!

Beautiful setting and friendly hosts
Our hosts thought of everything! We don’t want to spoil surprises for other guests, but know you will be welcomed and treated like treasured family. The accommodations were perfect and the family gave us all the privacy we needed AND offered to share in their beach and backyard toys. Excellent visit.

The property is even better than described. There wasn’t one single thing that was not excellent
We had wonderful five days. It was like being on a vacation but still being at home, because the property is so cozy and it doesn’t lack anything. Very clean, very traditional Cape Cod style and at the same time modern and comfortable. The owners are more than just kind, when we got there they had some goodies and a bottle of wine for us, and on our last day they were even more generous with us. A lot of small touches that made us feel so comfortable and to enjoy our stay. I can’t find one single thing that was not just great. I would go back there again for sure.

Better than home away from home
The reviews and pictures don’t do this place justice, as glowing as they are! The hosts are beyond gracious. The house is clean, impeccably furnished and set up for maximum comfort. The decor is flawless. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is heaven-sent… you can prepare all the gourmet meals your heart desires, as I did. We started our stay by tucking into the welcome gifts left by Mike and Katrina and ended our stay by polishing off the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream on the last night. This stay was worth every dime and then some. I’ll be back next summer with my friends, for sure!

Terrific apartment at entrance to Cape Cod, MA
We had a wonderful stay there for two nights, as a family of four. the hosts Michael and Katrina were super helpful with an initial email detailing the arrangements and local food options. They also set out an Easter egg hunt for our two kids, which was super sweet of them. Apartment was super clean and very well laid out for a quick weekend getaway. Location is very convenient at entrance to Cape Cod. Apartment is adjacent to house, set on a quiet street and a s short drive to restaurants and markets. Overall, a wonderful weekend and very highly recommended! Thank you Michael and Katrina for making this such a pleasant time!

A wonderful respite
The apartment is amazing comfortable with one of the best-equipped kitchens I have ever seen in a short-term rental. It was very quiet and peaceful, easy to get to beaches and other places for nice walks. And finally, the hosts could not have been more accommodating. Katrina and Michael are among the most thoughtful hosts we have ever experienced. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Comfortable, roomy and charming
Enjoyed our stay very much, this is a very charming unit in a beautiful natural peaceful setting. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. A couple things could be improved. The dining table and chairs are not sized for adults and were a bit uncomfortable because of that (adult knees can't fit under the table). Conversations can occasionally be heard (clearly) through the door that connects the unit's kitchen to the main house's kitchen; better noise insulation on that door would be an improvement.

Perfect for our small family. Great location.
Darling property in Bourne close to Monarch Beach that comes equipped with everything you need. Owners were lovely and check-in process was easy. Communication was primarily by email. Full kitchen and washer and dryer onsite which was great with kids. No issues at all. Had a lovely time.

The apartment was beautiful! So spacious. When I say we had everything we needed, I mean EVERYTHING. The hosts were so thoughtful. They left us a handwritten note welcoming us, along with homemade chocolate chip cookies. We will definitely go back again...next time we'd like to stay longer than a long weekend. Great weekend get away!
Homeowners Michael and Katrina were so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated helpful information received prior to our arrival and especially the ability to check in a few hours early since we had a very early flight that morning. The apartment was ready for us, clean and had everything we needed include free wifi so we could stay connected during our stay. They had some homemade cookies waiting for us upon arrival which was a 'sweet treat' for sure. I enjoyed being close to the cape cod canal and went for a morning run there. We enjoyed good food at the Lobster Trap, Sam's Seafood, British Beer Company. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the marshy area across the street was beautiful to watch throughout the day. If we're in the area again I would definitely stay here again, wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice apartment
The apartment is nice, spacious, with all the necessary facilities and lots of amenities in the kitchen, rooms and bathroom. Reasonably private. The owner/manager and his family are very helpful. They left us cookies to welcome us and nice notes & maps/guides etc. to guide us through the house and the area. Beaches and shopping are not far off--its quiet and peaceful--a little secluded. The main issue for us when we arrived was that the place hadn't been dusted in a while--there were spiderwebs and dust on shelves etc. The parking spot is a little awkward as well--the house is next to another property up an incline and the driveway is odd--but you get used to it. Since it is very country you can expect spiders, bugs and ants inside too. We liked it since it was comfortable but did have the above issues.
