Lovely Stay
2 friends meeting up 1/2 way between our homes. Beautiful annex, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Julie & Toby (the dog) greeted us in a very friendly way. Everything we needed and more. Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge and separate freezer. Bread, Milk, Butter and bottled water and chocolates! Peaceful location, our new half way bolt hole. Thank you x

Great two-bed, easy reach of Bracknell and Reading
Julie was very helpful and the place was very clean and cosy throughout. No hesitation in staying again.

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed staying in Julie’s property. It was well laid out & roomy with a good kitchen and nice touches, convenient location with great access to motorway.

Great stay at The Annex
We loved staying at this property. It was in a perfect location for our trip to Legoland. Thanks so much Julie for the bread, butter & milk you had left for us, it was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again & highly recommend this property

Highly recommended!!
The house is very equipped. We stayed for about two weeks and there is nothing that we found is not available in the house! Not to mention, Julie is an excellent host!

Great property and lovely host
Julie was a lovely host and the property was great. We used the property as a base to visit Legoland but there was plenty to do within a short drive and pubs/shops/park within walking distance. Essentials were provided free of charge. If we were visiting the area again we would definitely stay here.

Lovely quaint and cozy stay
Julie was an excellent host. We appreciated the milk, butter and bread she left for us so we could have some tea and toast. The cottage had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great property and location
The property was perfect for our summer holiday. The host was brilliant and made sure that everything was fine. The welcome pack was great especially after the journey down. The property was clean and had all the amenities that a family need. The WiFi was good so my daughters were happy. The location was ideal and a great base for day trips out.
