Very little not to like for the price.

Here are the complaints 1. Shower had mold around the bottom of the shower and some on the wall. 2. Out side the shower was dirty with dirt. 3. Bathroom floors needed a deep clean along with the shower . 4. The shower door wouldn’t close well so you got water all over the floor 5. Towels were very thin and wouldn’t absorb very well. 6. Had to ask for coffee and cups. Had the coffee maker but no cups or coffee 7 had to ask every day to get clean towels. 8. Hotel phone wouldn’t work, if was broken. Looks like someone threw it against the floor. 8 top bed covered was stained and disgusting 9. Hall way carpet right out of the elevated was dirty and ripped. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The only positive was the staff , even though they couldn’t speak good English.

Tvs didnt work. Staff would not get the room next to us quite. The people were fighting and screaming and banging stuff around

Did not have extra blankets. Did not clear room after night one. When asked for clean towels for our 2nd night. They had none nor any wash cloths. Staff was not helpful.

The floors were awful-dirty and torn up. Our bathroom floor was dirty with hair and trash. We had no towels or washcloths and when I called down for some they made us come down to the desk for them. I’ve never stayed in a hotel this expensive and not had towels in my room or a dirty room. They told another guest they were out of towels.

The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were stained and the room was still dirty there were even q-tips on the bathroom floor. The lamp was damaged the computer desk was damaged the room was very dusty. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. But everywhere it was messy and dusty. Won’t go back to this hotel.

Front desk staff not welcoming or helpful. TV/directTV did not work. No shampoo/conditioner in room and room had bad odor
