We love the Little Flaming Chicken!
We've stayed here several times and keep coming back because it's just perfect for us: close to restaurants and shops, garage for our gear (bikes, skis), great layout and size for us, walk downtown, ride to trails.

Little hide away!
Loved our stay here, had everything we needed and everything was thought of! Check in was easy, so close to town! The bikes were great. Excellent breakfast and coffee right around the corner! Would stay here again!

Good location
Finding the entrance was hard but Andrea helped us the entrance door as well as the parking garage for our car. Otherwise it was very great stay. Walking to the Lot ( food carts) and Kanpai restaurant and Drake park was very good advantage of location.

This place was exactly what I needed. There are lots of restaurants close by as well as easy access to the river. It was very quiet considering how busy it is in the area. I would definitely return.

Great Location!!!
Clean, modern, spacious place w/ a garage! Walking distance from Downtown and the river. So close to many restaurants, breweries and other amenities - yet the neighborhood is so quiet and safe! Kitchen is stocked with utensils etc - great for meals at home too!

Fabulous!
In town visiting my daughter and this rental was so perfect. Easy walk to so many great places for food. Chow, Spork, The Lot, Newport Market, Mothers Juice are all fabulous options close by. Would stay here again. Clean and convenient and had everything I needed. Came in late at night in the dark so entered the property the wrong way so feel bad but easily figured out the layout the next morning in the light!

Very clean new apartment in a walkable area
Our unit had everything we needed to make our stay in Bend comfortable - a good bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants nearby and over to downtown.

Quick trip to Bend...
Overall great! It was nice to have a garage to park in as well. It was a short walk to coffee shops and dog parks. My puppy learned how to run up and down the stairs. The stairs could be a challenge for some.... Nice spot!

This was a great location. It's walking distance to the Deschutes River and the downtown area.
Both me and my pup loved this property. it feels lovingly cared for and has all the amenities we could want. Very clean!

Comfortable and exceptionally clean. There was a pod style coffee maker but not a drip coffee maker. Since we don't know how to recycle the pods, we would prefer a drip machine.

Beautiful Little Pet Friendly Apartment
The property was quaint, quiet, well stocked, very clean, and modern. Super pet friendly. This was a very pleasant stay. Communication was awesome. Quick response to questions and very informative. The next time we will have to bring our smaller truck as my hubby's big one did not fit in the garage or driveway. Luckily we were informed that the unit next door was not in use so we could take up 2 spaces. Thank you Andrea for everything! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay With Bikes
Me and my friend had such a lovely time at the Flying Chicken. The apartment was fantastic and VERY clean. We loved taking the bikes around town. They each came with a lock and the apartment had the necessary tools for height fixture and air pressure. Our favorite memories at the Flying Chicken were having pasta and wine on the balcony and riding the bikes to Much n' Music. Another plus for those traveling by car. This apartment comes with a garage. We were able to keep the car (Izuzu Trooper) safely stowed and just walk or bike around town from there. A big thanks to the host! Cheers to your lovely personalities and timely feedback.

Comfortable, tastefully decorated, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Within walking distance to downtown Bend. Lots of restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was awesome.

One of the best places we've stayed - anywhere
Great location in a nice area. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted: restaurants, coffee, fresh produce, parks, etc. The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was really well equipped, with seemingly new appliances and utensils. The furnishings and bed were very comfortable and in great shape. We loved this place. We will absolutely rent it again if we can.

Fantastic Location!
This was our third time staying at The Little Flaming Chicken. We love it there. Centrally located and walking distance to many things including the nearby Food Truck Court (The Lot) and the takeout for the in town float of the Deschutes River at Drake Park. The treats, bed and other dog goodies provided by the Owner are greatly appreciated.

Back to Bend
Bend has become annual go to place Family, close Friends. Having missed traveling 2020 thrilled to get back to The Little Flaming Chicken and the wonderful neighborhood location. Great Eateries Our Golden Retriever loves the short walk to Drake's Park.

Comfortable apartment in great location
Apartment is new, well designed and very clean. We walked to dinner downtown each night. It’s a nice walk through Drake park. We had lunch at taco place about a block from house. Location was great. Apartment well stocked and air conditioning worked well. Perfect place for a couple that wants to explore Bend. Garage was nice given very hot weather. Would stay here again.

Good location
Liked the location of this property and having a garage, full kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient. We walked or biked everywhere with ease. Only suggestion is that some of the furniture needs to be refreshed, the bed and sofa were creaky and uncomfortable.

Perfect Bend rental
Great location. Very clean and well organized. Super comfortable with everything we needed. Nice to have a private garage. The location was amazing- we rode bikes along the river, walked to yummy restaurants and enjoyed exploring Bend. Can't wait to return!

A true superhost!
My husband and I are both owners of short term rentals and pride ourselves in being superhosts. I called Sandi the day after we checked in to compliment her on being a true superhost since they had thought of everything! The unit was absolutely spotlessly clean and they had also left plenty of cleaning supplies which was nice since we are traveling during the pandemic. We felt very comfortable and loved the high ceilings which made the one bedroom apartment seem larger and more spacious then it technically was. There are beautiful new washer dryer in the unit which is nice if you're traveling for a longer time which we were. It's located in a great area band with really charming Craftsman homes and a short walk to a beautiful park that takes you right into downtown. We also wrote the 2 bikes that they provided and were impressed that they had even thought to leave Allen keys to make it easy to adjust the seat height. We absolutely loved it! Book now!

Best of Bend
Second time around for us at the Little Fiery Chicken. We skied cross country, hiked the butte, skated, shopped. Our main event was family time. This place is perfect for a couple. Enough room to host a party. Neighborhood is quiet, but close to all you need.

Perfect in all ways!
This place couldn't be more perfect! The location was ideal, close to my favorite brewery (Boss Rambler), favorite Mexican food in Bend (El Sancho) and just a few blocks up from the River. The accommodations for my new pup were great as well, so considerate to leave poop bags, dog bowls, bed, a brush and treats as well! Loved the Flaming Little Chicken and will definitely try and stay here again! Thank you so much! ~Leslie

A Wonderful Stay
My husband and I, plus our dog, really loved this property and it was perfect for us! The owners have thought of everything. It's a small space, but the kitchen is really well equipped, and the bathroom is large with even a washer and dryer. It was also really wonderful to have a private garage so we didn't have to unpack everything when we arrived late on the first night after a long drive. We also really appreciated the dog basket/bed and all the Bend information in the unit. We didn't know Bend, so we were really happy to find out just how central this location actually is. We could easily walk to Drake Park, restaurants and downtown Bend, plus the Awbrey Reservoir Off Leash Dog Park was just about a half mile up the hill and made a great place for an early morning walk with our dog. This property is above the garage behind a larger vacation rental house, but it's still very private. In fact, the only thing I would recommend would be replacing the fridge at some point with a counter depth fridge so it's easier to open the dishwasher all the way. But this is a minor thing and didn't affect my rating at all. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bend.

Very clean, well appointed, great location!
This newly built apartment is well appointed and quiet, being located over the garage in the alley. If you check on Google Maps it shows an old house and not the current homes on the site. The kitchen has all the essentials, including extras like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Even had hot cocoa mix!. Place is very clean and neat. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. I arrived early and called to see if I could check in early which was not a problem. Very responsive when I had questions. Also, located just two blocks from West Bend restaurants, breweries, and stores. A nice, quiet Bend neighborhood which is only 15 minute walk from downtown. Will stay again when I return to Bend.
