Hi Ryan. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. The property description clearly states that there is “no door” for the second room on the third floor, so I guess you didn’t read that closely enough. We are very transparent with the layout of the house. As for your comment that some repairs are needed, the house was built in the 1800’s and naturally there is some wear and tear and we do out best to keep it updated for our guests, many who come back year after year. Given the vast majority of 5 star reviews over the many years we have been offering our home to guests, I will let them speak for future renters. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

I think it’s funny you call Belmar sleepy bc that sure is not what the locals call It. As for the ants, you reached out about that and I responded in 2 minutes. I offered to come over and spray but you didn’t want me or my husband to come to the house so the “errand” you referred to was all on you as we were happy to come over. As for the communication, when you booked I responded again in minutes and said we would be in touch as it for closer. We have 75 reviews and many talk about how responsive we are. If you had questions or concerns you should have reached our. And lastly the listing is very clear you provide your own linens and we supply 4 beach passes. If you had an issue with that you should have let me know or booked another house. We hope you have a great summer.
