Hola William So sorry for not meeting your full expectations.We work with a self check in procedure and we have no issues at all, as it is very well described(even video) to check in autonomously, sorry once again.Regarding toilet paper we provide some for check in but I remind you that you booked an apartment, we do not offer Hotel service.Tv and safe is fine, please read carefully fully check in instructions next time please.As mentioned, no housekeeping, there is a washing machine and a dryer for your comfort.Our staff is on duty 24/7.Once again sorry for not fullfilling your wishes.Regards

Dear Homayoun! Thank you so much for your kind review and letting us know your thoughts about the stay. However, we are shocked to say the least. It is very unfortunate your time, of three nights, was not up to your standards. Indeed, we thought the stay would go according to planned, during the check in. But, as we have noted, there are a couple of issues that we are in dis accordance with. The Pedrera one bedroom Executive is a wonderful apartment. We can verify that the bed was changed no more than 3 months ago, just prior to the summer season. It is understandable that beds may vary in comfort, especially when comparing to our beds, at home. The sofa bed was also another option at that moment of the night, but again, we understand that if you thought the bed would not meet your needs, nor would the sofa. After the first night we spoke and you commented, you did not know how to open the sofa bed, plus the remaining of problems you encountered. We promptly acted on the issues, to the best of our ability. During our conversation you commented that it would be ok to leave a fan in the apartment, which we did. At no point was it mentioned not to enter the apartment without letting you know. This is not considering that, according to Spanish law, allotjament facilities have the legal authority to enter in corresponding rooms/apartments/...,with no need of consent from guests. Ultimately, whenever our staff or personal enters any apartment it is under good will and authority. In your case we entered the apartment to leave a fan and to verify that the sofa bed was in perfectly functioning conditions. We do assume that the air conditioning was working to about 50 % capacity, shortly after this was noticed by our maintenance staff the according actions were taken. Brand new refrigerant gas was added to the A/C module and for your second and third night.

You have booked one without a terrace. The Aircon has been recently reviewed and it is working correctly. We are also discussing to renew the sofa bed after your feedback. We are working with the same cleaning company for years now and we are very suprised to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Hola, thank you for your review!. Your opinion is very important to us. It is very weird that you don t have any information about the cleaning fee before your arriving. In all the web pages and different channels are clearly specify that the price is for the nights, and never included city tax and also the final cleaning fee. Please, if you can let me know in which channel they have hidden this information, so we can contact them and correct, if they made any mistake. About the price, Its true that in any hotel they clean the room every day, but you don t have kitchen-et, refrigerated, freezer, wash - machine, dryer, an spacious living - dinning room, iron, etc. Even you can invite friends to have lunch or dinner at your apartment !!! ... For that we could n compare any hotel vs apartments. There are different kind of accommodation options! No better, or worst... just different !!!
