This location is tucked away in a clean and safe area of town - for those who might worry about Baltimore's reputation. The property is updated, clean, and well-maintained. Communicating was friendly and ongoing, which was appreciated. 5 stars all around for the property.
Word of caution: If you're driving, note that parking is limited in the front and tight in the back. There is a private parking spot in the back, but driving full-size SUVs or some longer cars will make it a tight fit. Beware public parking. On our first night, we had to park about a block away, and there was a poorly marked "bus lane" on the corner. In most cities, marked spots on the ground or curbs are painted to indicate these areas. There is a sign that we didn't even see at night when we arrived, and that sign doesn't say "no parking beyond this point," which has been pretty standard in our previous travels. A $225 ticket greeted us the next morning - my first ticket of any kind in 20 years.
