Upon arrival, our key to the room did not work twice, after the third time he assigned a new room. After attempting to enter that room, the key would not work. We had to sit in our vehicle for almost an hour, it was freezing outside, extremely late, and not the safest place for 2 females. We went back to the office and they assigned us to our 3rd room, on the opposite side of the building. The key worked. We paid for 2 Queen suite and this room was only 1 bed and a pullout sofa. The cabinet door was ripped off exposing bare nails, the toilet didn’t work- we had fill up the trashcan and poor into toilet to flush. The bathtub was severely cracked, no stopper for the tub. By the time we were able to get to bed it was almost 6am. We called the front desk to discuss the issues with the room, the lady was VERY rude and unprofessional- she even hung up on us. We called an hour later to request a late check out- the same lady said yes but not an hour. 20 mins into the late check out I was taking a quick shower and all of the sudden the water was turned off so I was unable to finish my shower or brush my teeth. Housekeeping continuously knocked on door- even after informing them of late check out.
I am disgusted at the way we were treated. The unprofessionalism of the staff was jaw dropping. Our safety was not taken into consideration. I’ve never experienced a hotel stay like this in my life.
