The room was fine and clean. I was told by staff that it's not safe to wonder around at night and if you are looking to eat, you have to order in which took 60 minutes. The airport shuttle was 15 minutes late and it was early in the am. No breakfast was provided either even if advertised as such.

There was one many hidden fees I didn't mind the $200 deposit that was asked from nowhere but the 16 extra dollars that didn't explain what for reminded and the cashier was rude about it

It was a mediocre hotel near the airport. Nothing special. I disliked the intense cigarette smell at the entrance of our room. It was nice that they allowed dogs and there was grass off to the side to walk her. I didn’t like all the cigarette butts in the grass though. Staff was friendly enough and let us check in at 2pm instead of 4pm.

I didn’t know I needed to fill out a credit card authorization form and another $112. I was told the $100 would be refunded and not the $12. My biggest complaint is transparency and how I’ll be refunded the $12 which neither the hotel nor Expedia made known to me.

Upon arriving to the hotel check in was easy. We received our key cards and headed to our room. We opened the door flick the light switch and a mouse ran fast across the carpet! We quickly close the door and went directly back down to the front Desk. We explained and told the front Dess personnel what just happened and what we just saw she laughed in our face and said that she has never heard of that happening, then proceeded to say that we are liars. We asked for a refund. She told us that she would have to call a manager. Once the manager was caught over the phone because he was not there in person to handle the situation. He as well proceeds to say that we did not see a mouse, and that we are lying. He told us that he cannot assist us with a refund because that is not their policy. This whole process has been hell and we decided to just give up on a refund and go to another hotel just to get out of a infested hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel indeed has rodents and they will do nothing about it.

Hello Iesha we certainly apologize that this situation was not handled as we would have hoped. While your guest did report that upon opening the door and not even having actually entered the room they may have seen something, the actual reservation holder who also did not enter the room was not able to corroborate that sighting. Maintenance was onsite, checked the room, moved the furniture, and also was unable to find anything either. Even with that, as well as our long history of never having a report of any activity of that type, we could have better conveyed this message. Please reach out to us if you had an issue receiving the refund that you and your guest received prior to your leaving the property as a courtesy. This review says otherwise and if there was an issue with that refund or the receipt that you received for that refund prior to leaving the building, we'd love to assist in any way we can.

Nope, nope, nope. Booked a room for 5. Only 2 towels to share and 1 bar of soap, no shampoo or hair dryers. No bedding for one bed. Front desk staff won’t answer the phone from inside the room and was very rude when calling from my cell. Neighborhood is NOT SAFE. Lots of people spending the night in the parking lot. Gas station is bullet proofed.

This property is disgusting. I would never stay at this property again. The room that I stayed in actually smelled so bad it didn’t matter how much air freshener I sprayed in that room. Every time I walked in the room it had like a mildew kind of smell then to add insult to injury they charge me $25 for making towels dirty like aren’t you supposed to do that a horrible experience that I will never have again.

While we certainly understand that towels will get dirty we do charge for linen when it's beyond typically use consisting of makeup, hair dye, and like damages. I’m very unhappy. They charged me before arriving at the property. I was also charged for the full stay when per their policy, they charge one night for no shows/cancellations. Then I was charged more than the Expedia price I booked. I was told they still charge the percentage Expedia is supposed to be saving me, so I ended spending $25. Again reviewed their pricing and fees and there’s no incidental fee listed just the deposit. So they use Expedia to lure customers in, just to charge them the full rate at check in. Maybe it was my fault for doing reserve no pay later. Not sure if those who pay advance have the same encounter. That shouldn’t matter seeing as I was quoted a pay now price and a reserve now price. However I’ve never had this problem any other time with any other hotel when I’ve booked through Expedia. They are truly deceptive. Their wifi didn’t connect so I ended up using my hotspot for my Ipad. They will never get me again!

When booking on this site there is a notice of the service fee to be paid at the property as well as an incidental/deposit to be paid at the property upon check in. We apologize that this appears to have overshadowed an otherwise good stay.

Clean and fairly well taken care of property. Friday 5am airport shuttle was packed full. I stayed 2 nights and didn’t want service after the first night so I put the do not disturb card on the door. Maid service ignored the card and knocked on the door asking if I was staying over. This is unacceptable. Do they not understand the meaning of the card? Do they not have a list of who is staying multiple nights? Overall, I was pleased with my stay and will be using this place again

I was quoted 86 dollars on Expedia and the Expedia site said I can pay on the property. But, when I tired to registered the staff told me that I have to pay the market price of 99 dollars because I did not pay online. So, the terms and conditions are not the same as listed in the Expedia when I reserved through the site. The room is not good. Just one small soap and one shampoo. Also, the heater is not working properly and I had to wear a coat to sleep. Overall, disappointing. I am not sure if this is why Best Western chain removed this hotel from their properties, but on Expedia, it was still advised as a Best Western hotel.
