Sell a room with a view, deliver without
I booked a room "Premium Room with Private Balcony and Panoramic Acropolis View " but upon arrival they tried to put me in a lower room, without a view. After much complaining, without the manager having come, they put me in a shabby, old room with a view. Only on the second day, I went to the booked and paid room. The service is horrible. Poor breakfast and in a dirty place. It's not a 5 star. It's not worth what they charge.

Precisa de reforma
O hotel está em verdadeira decadência, principalmente recepção e quantos. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. Também achei os quartos muito pequenos e apertados. Um ponto positivo do hotel é a piscina e o lounge que tem no último andar com vista para Acrópole, onde é servido o café da manhã. A noite é possível tomar drinks é comer uma boa comida. Excelente restaurante. A piscina também é muito boa.

Very recommendable
We had a very nice and relaxing comfortable stay at the St. George. Everyone in the staff were very attentive and very serviceminded. The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the view is amazing. Definitely not our last stay at this hotel.

The hotel is on the top of a mountain which is not very user friendly for transportation. Breakfasst starts from 7:30 a so if you have early flight, no breakfast. The quality of food is like 3 star hotel. The view is fantastic as well as swimming pool. The staff are very goodand helpful. restaurant is very expensive compare to better restaurant within a few blocks if you can walk stairs

In addition, our neighbourhood offers galleries, museums, boutiques and a host of dining options plus forest walks on Lycabettus Hill. The metro station is within walking distance or a taxi costing a few euros can take you to the city centre should you prefer not to walk. We are happy to arrange a breakfast box upon request for our guests with very early flights. Our restaurant is open throughout the day for meals and drinks with breathtaking views. Our menu features range of dishes showcasing Greek ingredients. We often invite guest Chefs to contribute to our cuisine to lend an added International feel. Great experience
This was a last minute booking. We had reservations for another hotel but the neighborhood was not the best. Of course being our first visit to Greece we did not know this. The staff (the bellman, the front desk and room service) were incredibly helpful and kind. There is not one negative thing to say about this place. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was so good!

I guess it was just Ok.... pricey, the location is nice and the area around the hotel overall safe. Restaurant was expensive and food not great.

We stayed September 20 to the 23rd and had a fabulous time! The pool was excellent as the weather was very warm and what a view from the pool of the sunset and the Acropolis! The dinning room was outstanding at night outside on the deck overlooking the city and the stunning views of the Acropolis at night and the food was excellent as well as the service. All and all we felt very lucky to have found this gem of a hotel to be at before we boarded our cruise in the port of Piraeus which is only a half hour taxi ride away for 15 euro by taxi. Airport to St. George hotel is 40 minutes and 45 euros. Staff at this hotel went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. Close to everything and walking to the Acropolis 30 minutes or by cab 12 euros.
