Cousins getaway
My cousin and I went away for an overnight to catch up and reconnect. The Little Cabin was the perfect getaway. Quiet and clean. There were s'mores fixings waiting and coffee, tea and other things besides the promised dishes and pans. Will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit.

Great Cabin!
Wonderful 2 night stay at this little cabin. It was clean and a wonderful little space, just perfect for the two of us. We played games and had a great time. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations!

Base camp for Rainier skiing
Excellent place to stay as a basecamp for cross country skiing at Mt Rainier. We were blessed with an excellent window of spring like weather, sunny, warm for some ski trips along the road south of Paradise Lodge. Not many people either on the road.

Cozy little cabin
In a quiet neighborhood just a few miles from the entrance to the National Park. Small, but has everything needed for a couple of spend a few days. Nicely equipped kitchen and great shower pressure.

Little Cabin Leaves BIG Impression
We arrived here in the early evening after a day of hiking at Mt. Rainier. We were happily surprised by the coziness of this adorable cabin. More than completely stocked and the details given to adorn the inside were amazing. We were instantly at ease and able to easily unload, relax and enjoy some soup we brought along for our dinner. We slept well and comfortably and hit the trails a short distance away after a healthy breakfast (sugar coated kids cereal for me). The second night we had a delicious large vegetarian pizza and drinks at the Elbe Bar & Grill. Would absolutely recommend this "Little Cabin" to anyone.

Cozy Cabin
Just enough inside room for a single person or couple. Quiet neighborhood. The location is very convenient to Rainier NP. We would be glad to stay again. *Make sure to buy groceries before heading out of the city and to fill up on gas too. There's not much past Eatonville.

Cozy Rainier Getaway

Internet very problematic; nice property
This little cabin in the woods is a great place from which to explore Mt. Rainier. The only problem that we encountered was with the internet service, which went out and could not be repaired for days. This was a problem for us because we had work to do, which we could have done after dark, except that we were forced to use the internet at restaurants in Ashford during their hours of operation. The owner and the housekeeper worked hard to fix the problem, but the internet service provider is very problematic; other locations in the area have experienced similar problems. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen met our expectations. Our interactions with the owner and housekeeper were all very positive.

Super Cabin
Wow, what a cute place! It was stocked with coffee and tea, had a big couch, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I only wish I had been there in the winter to use the wood-burning stove. Very close to the Ashford restaurants and about 5 miles from the park entrance. Super convenient! I’ll definitely stay again, so y’all don’t book my weekend! 😂

The place was lovely and well located for the Park. We even had an evening visit with two deer as we ate our dinner on the deck. Then we cooked s'mores over our fire; a lovely touch and something we haven't done in decades! We had a great time. Mahalo for keeping us informed. So enjoyed all the mountain touches. Very comfortable and quiet. Perfect stay for my husband and me. It was nicely stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. which made things so much easier. Nice neighborhood and super easy check-in. Would recommend for anyone visiting Mt Rainier and the surrounding area - so close and convenient.

Lovely stay for hiking and alone time with husband!
The little cabin is absolutely adorable. It has everything we needed plus some for our stay! The location is amazing for anyone wanting to do some hiking or visit Mount rainier. The copper creek inn is very close and has delicious breakfast. Or you can stay at the cabin and make homemade waffles (nice little perk added by the owners). The pellet stove was easy to use and very cozy. We were nice and warm. My husband and I had a great refreshing stay together away from the chaos of work life. I highly recommend this cute cabin! Thank you to the owners and the caretakers!

Beautiful, quaint cabin - the perfect place for our Mt. Rainier adventures.
We really enjoyed our stay at this little cabin in the woods. Super clean and the hosts were extremely attentive to any questions we had. The location of this cabin was ideal as it is a very short drive to Mt. Rainier, and to other small towns within the area. The cabin was fully stocked with ingredients and pellets for the stove that we used to keep warm. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the overall feel and utility of the cabin itself was second to none. Thank you Patti for your wonderful hospitality! We highly recommend this cabin to anybody who's looking both to visit Mt. Rainier, and to have a nice getaway from the city life + take in the peaceful nighttime while stargazing.

Cozy cabin for a great getaway
The Little Cabin in the Woods is adorable and amazing. It’s the perfect size for a couple, with plenty of furnishings to make you feel at home. The huge king bed is awesome! We loved how hot the water got, made up for our poor hot tub experience at a nearby place. The pellet stove is super easy to use/manage, and provides more than enough heat. We loved having a little fire in the campfire spot, made the evening much more romantic. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the fact that we weren’t given notice of house construction across the street, so when trying to sleep in on a vacation, we were woken up at 7:30am to power tools and noise. That aside, one of the most cozy and relaxed vacations we’ve been on together. Thank you!

Perfect, Cozy Cabin
We absolutely loved staying at this charming cabin. Patti is an amazing host, and pays attention to the fine details, making excellent usage of the small space, and provided us with all of the information that we’d need in a very helpful binder. It was also so kind that she remembered our reason for the visit (my boyfriend’s birthday), and left a bottle of sparkling cider and a “Happy Birthday” note in the fridge. Without a doubt, we would stay here during our next visit to WA, and cannot wait to come back.

Cute and tiny
This is a very cute property, probably best for people who don't need to get up at night. The very comfortable king size bed is only accessible from one side. The foot of the bed and one side are up against the wall. For two of us aged 75 and up, it was a little awkward. But the cabin was spotless, everything worked and there were helpful supplies in case you forgot anything.

Thanks for the feedback. We have plans to change the bed to a queen size later this year. Hopefully it will be more accessible. I hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Great gateway to mount rainier
Quiet spot nestled in very close proximity to the National park. Wonderfull little cabin to call home for a few days while visiting the beautiful natural surroundings . The cabin was clean , the bed was comfortable and the pellet stove was a charming way to warm the cabin at night.

Our Honeymoon
We so enjoyed your Little Cabin in the Woods. It was clean and comfortable and so cute! When we arrived we were greeted by two deer resting near the fire ring! By our last day we had five (!) waiting for us each morning! I do think word got out about the apples! We spent all day one day in Mt Rainier and the close proximity to the park makes the cabins location perfect. The park really is the most beautiful place we have ever been ! We had a fire in the fire pit every night and just really enjoyed our stay! Thank you ! 0

First get-away in a year

Cute and Cozy
Great spot to explore Mt. Ranier. Enjoyed our quick getaway, especially lighting and enjoying the pellet stove after a day in the snow. Had all the amenities we needed for easy dinners and quick breakfast. Really nice little place!

Little Cabin
We had a great time at the Little Cabin. We had a couple of minute inconveniences but Patti was attentive to everything. There was a local contact listed in the book provided and we contacted her for a quick question. She answered and gave us all the information we needed. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Wonderful getaway
Booked the cabin for peace and quiet and snow. Got both in abundance. Very cozy and warm. Very clean. Will book this place again. The only negative, its a small one, was I could find no large salad bowls. Thanks for a great stay.
