Belle maison

Agréable séjour à Antibes villa avec piscine et jardin paysage dans résidence sécurisée avec climatisation dans chaque chambre, bien équipée avec spacieux séjour où nous avons pu nous reposer, proche d une boulangerie et d un commerce de proximité, hôtes charmants et disponibles

Fantastisk opphold i Villa nær Antibes
Villaen hadde et fantastisk uteområde med stort badebasseng, sittegruppe og solsenger. Vi spiste de fleste måltidene ved et stort bord i ute kjøkkenet, og dette var overbygd og svalt i varmen. Ellers var soverommene fine og det er også behagelig med hele 3 bad. Villaen ligger få kilometer utenfor Antibes som er en veldig koselig by, med mange små butikker og koselige restautranter. Vi hadde en super uke;-)

Schönes Haus in lauter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Leider liegt das Haus in zweiter Reihe zu einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Es ist tagsüber aber auch nachts sehr laut. Je nach Wetter fliegen auch die Flugzeuge über das Haus…. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten mit tollem Pool, aber uns war es zu laut.

Excellent property, very family friendly
I stayed here with my family, the property was very good, particularly the communal and outdoor spaces. The hosts were great to deal with and helped ensure we have an enjoyable stay. I would book again.

Phantastischer Urlaub in Antibes!
Ein wunderschönes Haus, entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wobei das Flair mit den Palmen und dem wunderbaren Pool, auf Fotos kaum wiedergegeben wird. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Die Kommunikation mit Marc und seiner Frau AnnÁudrey war sehr herzlich, beide sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen oder Hilfestellung da. Wir haben den Pool, die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und natürlich den Außenbereich sehr genossen. Es gibt ein Aquarium im Haus und Singvögel, sowie Schildkröten in einer Voliere im Garten. Das fanden wir ganz wunderbar und hat uns viel zu Beobachten gegeben. Marc und AnnÁudrey sind entspannt und schenken den Gästen, die ihr Haus, bewohnen ihr Vertrauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder!

Ruime woning met buitenkeuken en zwembad als top 3 sterke punten.
Naast de drie hogergenoemde punten, springen in het oog: uitgebreid en heel persoonlijk ontvangst van de huiseigenaar, mogelijkheid hem tijdens verblijf hulp te vragen (woont vlakbij, maar niet nodig gehad), ruime parkeerplaats. Bakker en Casino (=grootwarenhuis) op 4 minuten wandelafstand. Strand (900 m) en Oud-Antibes (ruim 20 minuten wandelen) redelijk dichtbij, in praktijk toch meestal de auto genomen.

Villa sans vis-à-vis, superbe extérieur
Villa sans vis-à-vis avec une superbe piscine. Cuisine extérieure, salon extérieur et transat de qualité. Immense volière, tortues, ping-pong et terrain de pétanque. Place pour 4 voitures dans la propriété. Prises anti moustiques dans chaque pièce et buanderie. Villa bien équipée pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. On y reviendra.

Topverblijf aan de cote d'Azur
Heerlijk huis met prachtige tuin, buitenkeuken en zwembad in een rustige en veilige omgeving. Met een mooie bakkerij en buurtsuper vlakbij en natuurlijk het centrum van Antibes en Juan les Pins op een paar autominuten afstand een top uitvalsbasis. Eigenaren Marc en Ann zijn heel aardig en zijn terecht erg trots op deze woning.

Fantastyczne miejsce i wspaniali Gospodarze. W rzeczywistości lepiej niż na zdjęciach!
jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu u Marka. Jego willa jest bardzo komfortowa - 4 sypialnie i 3 łazienki dawały naszej grupie (dwie roziny) bardzo duży komfort pobytu. Fantastyczny taras z widokiem na obszerny i głeboki basen oraz duży, piękny ogród. W okolicy jest supermarket (2 min. na nogach). Odległość do starówki Antibes jest ponizej 2 km. Warto mieć samochód (jest miejsce postojowe w willii) - ale my poruszaliśmy się uberem. Mark i jego żona są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni (np. polecili nam ciekawe restauracje w Antibes). Super atrakcją jest skorzystanie z rejsu łodzią motorową Marka - wspaniałe przeżycie! Fantastyczne miejsca, które można odwiedzić tylko z morza - duży relaks. Łódź przepiękna, komfortowa! Znajdziesz tutaj wszystko czego Ci potrzeba! Możesz pływać i zagościć w niezwykłej restauracji dostępnej tylko z morza. Bardzo polecamy spędzenie wakacji w willi Marka!

Family week in Antibes
We were a family of seven adults celebrating a birthday. The accommodation is spacious and easily met our needs. The property is well presented with good living accommodation throughout. The pool is large and well maintained. It was in constant use through out our stay. The hosts were excellent! Communication was excellent during booking and during our stay. All local facilities are within easy driving distance and a supermarket and bakery are within a short walk. Based on our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Tip: Apply mosquito repellent in the evenings.

Beautiful property
Had a wonderful holiday in this super villa. Plenty of space for eight adults. Lovely pool and garden, and outside eating area. The property is very secure with two electronically operated gates. Plenty of parking. Very convenient location - Antibes within walking distance, and railway station 10 minutes away. Boulangerie and small supermarket very close by. Owners very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic property, perfect for my family and young children
The property is a great size and has all facilities expected. The pool was brilliant for the children. Shops are only a 3min walk away ANTIBES old town was a 25 mom walk.

Relaxing, pleasurable family holiday in beautiful surroundings and in close proximity to town centre
We've returned after a 2 week holiday in early June and were very impressed by this beautiful property that's set in its own garden with a pool and also has a secure gated entrance. It looks exactly as it does in the photos - you won't be disappointed. We were 6 adults with two young children, aged 3 and 4 and the large airy living area, the neat, well equipped bedrooms, ample bathrooms and laundry room served us well. We spent our evenings sitting around the huge table in the outside kitchen but beware, so did the mosquitoes! The owners were very helpful and friendly and were at hand to help if needed. They showed us around the property, explaining how everything worked and gave us maps and some local recommendations. It was a privilege to be able to stay in their family home and I long to be back there now again! The property is under 10 minutes walk (we had a double buggy and the narrow pavements on the main road were a bit tricky) from Antibes train station where there are around 2 trains every hour to Nice and towards Monaco and Italy as well as to the west, towards Cannes. The picturesque marina is a further 5 minute walk and the old town of Antibes, from the house I'd say is a 15 - 20 minute walk. It's a great location that has everything to offer - the tranquility of lying around the pool, a shop and boulangerie that's within a stone's throw away and some nearby bars. There's also an under pass that takes you to the nearest beach and if ever you get bored, you can stroll into town for some shopping and a meal. The downsides, and they're minor were the fact that we were all bitten by mosquitoes and ants seemed to like the kitchen! The fact that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans could make it difficult to sleep at night but I'm really being picky now. It was glorious. We'll definitely be back for more. Maison pour profiter de la région
Très belle maison où nous étions 2 semaines avec nos amis (2 couple et 4 enfants). Le vieux Antibes est à 10mn à pied. Les plus : Piscine, Maison et ses équipements, localisation (la gare SNCF est à 5mn à pied). Les moins : Moustiques, le bruit quand les avions décident de passer sur Antibes (1 jour sur les 2 semaines, et ça touche toute la ville). Les propriétaires sont charmants.
