Hotellets läge är utmärkt. Personalen i receptionen var vänliga och kunniga. Frukosten var bra. Städningen samt kommunikationen med städpersonalen var undermålig.

Tadilatta açık tesis aksamaları
Tesiste tamirat varmış. O yüzden aksamalar yaşadık. TV’de, sıcak suda, oda ısınmasında. Çalışanlar ilgili alakalı. Fakat onların yapabileceği de sınırlı. Eleman eksikliğinden dolayı kahvaltıda vasattı. Geçen sene Aralık ayında da gelmiş ve memnun kalmıştık. Çok uzun yıllardır ( yaklaşık 20 yıldır) geldiğimiz ve memnun kaldığımız bu tesiste maalesef bu sefer memnun kalmadık

Hayal kırıklığı
Otelde tadilat varmış tadilat olduğu halde otel açık ama hizmette aksama var oda sıcaklığı olsun sıcak su olsun televizyonun çalışmaması olsun gibi SORUNLAR yaşadık ayrıca kahvaltıda daha önce deneyimlediğimiz kahvaltı gibi değil eksikler mevcut. Geçen sene Aralık ayında da gelmiştik otel hizmetinde sorunla karşılaşmamıştık. 20 yıldır geldiğimiz bir tesis bu seyehatte bizde hayal kırıklığı oldu.

The cushion had to be exchanged since it smelled bad. The bath room was old and around the toilet the floor was all the time wet, also around the shower/bathtub after taking a shower.

Из минусов - дают только один ключ-карту на двоих и в номере Делюкс на чердаке странная ванна с джакузи и душем, который льётся на пол. Очень важно найти правильный номер в этом отеле, так как слышно звуки призыва на молитву в 6 утра. Ради атмосферы готовы возвращаться ещё ни раз!

Sehr schönes historisches Hotel in der Altstadt. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Kein Luxushotel. Personal sehr freundlich, besonders die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption. Auf Wünsche und Kritik wurde sofort eingegangen. Zentral gelegen mit allen Einkaufs und Gastronomie Gelegenheiten. Zum Strand/Meer entweder 5 Minuten neben dem Jachthafen oder etwas weiter zu den Sandstränden.

Teveel kamers voor 1 receptioniste Het onbijt is op zich erg goed maar nu coronaproef. Geen zelfservice. Je staat met 10of15 man hutje mutje op elkaar te wachten tot een vriendelijke dame je door het buffet heenloodst. Zij wijst alles aan en schept de voedingsmiddelen ontzettend handig over het hoge plexiglas op je bord. Nouja, ernaast dus. Brood mag je zelf pakken maar owee als je een kuipje pasta zelf pakt. Nee, dit was slecht tot zeer slecht georganiseerd. Ook zeer lawaaierig tot diep in de nacht. Servies klettert, harde muziek(ook nog hoorbaar van andere restaurants en hotels) Maakt het geheel tot een minder romantische ervaring als vantevoren gedacht

No WiFi
The hotel is very nice, BUT despite the fact that we should have free WiFi in the room, we didn’t. Guy on the reception said that hotel has 160 rooms and only 4 has proper internet. And he was like “other hotels ask to pay for internet”. Kinda be happy that we don’t and you can use free WiFi in the cafe. It was very unprofessional and not polite. Pool is very small and tables around, you can’t relax at poolside. I suggest you to take another hotels at this area, they won’t be so expensive but you will feel the same historical atmosphere around.
