Excelente Hotel
Tivemos um pequeno problema no check-in, mas depois tudo correu normalmente. O café da manhã é muito bom! Apenas ao contrário do que ocorreu em outros hoteis que ficamos nesta viagem, neste hotel não foi fornecido um simples cartão felicitando pelo nosso aniversário de casamento. Nos hoteis anteriores até champagne nos enviaram como cortesia. O hotel fica extremamente bem localizado.

Este hotel nos surpreendeu pela extrema gentileza de todo seu staff. O hotel é lindo, limpo, novo, serviço perfeito, quarto confortável, banho delicioso, excelente localização. Custo benefício justo. Em Amsterdã, sem dúvida, a melhor opção. Recomendo!!!

Wir sind nunmehr zum 8. Mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist einfach sensationell gut, alle Kategorien sind einfach perfekt!!! Im Besonderen sind die Personen des Hotels unbeschreiblich freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Einfach grandios. Vielleicht nur noch zum Schluss. Aufgrund den vorgenannten Tatsachen haben wir für Dezember wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank an das Hotel und vor allem an die Personen, die einen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam einfach perfekt machen. Great hotel Faultless service. Beautiful building. Excellent location. A really nice breakfast. Our room (326) was extremely comfortable, very quiet and had a lovely garden view. Very helpful concierge. High quality spa facilities.
