It smells so bad in the hallways. Couldn’t get the TV to work.

I check into the property in room 303. Went to bed after showering. Felt small black bugs crawling on me jumped back in the shower. went down to let the front desk clerk know of the situation. She did offer to switch the room but I decided to go to a different hotel. The next hotel was perfect. I stayed at extended stay for only an hour.

Everything was great at our stay at the Extended Stay America. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of dog urine in the hallway it was pretty strong. But everything else was clean, so was our room. Excellent! Would visit again hopefully the dog urine smell issue is resolved by then

Very pet friendly if you pay the additional fee, but the hallways and stairwells smell horrid (like rotten, fetid garbage and old fried food), the walls are thin so guests hear every person walking by the door, and we were greeted by a pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival to our room.
