Sobre a casa
Tive uma experiência muito boa,não tenho nada a reclamar,a única coisa que faltou mesmo foi um liquidificador na parte da cozinha,e ter mais panelas grandes, pq só tinha pequenas. Mais fora isso foi muito bom,como eles mostram na foto a mesma coisa e a casa. obrigada eu me hospedaria novamente se for a praia da Luz.

Casa de férias
O percurso pedonal para chegar à casa, vindo do centro da vila, é sempre a subir o que dificulta as deslocações, para o evitar só recorrendo ao automóvel. É uma casa bem equipada, embora não seja muito prático ter a sala e a cozinha no 1º andar. As paredes interiores estão a precisar de uma limpeza/pintura e a mesa no exterior tinha muito pó. Serve para uma estadia curta. A comunicação com o gestor da propriedade foi sempre fácil assim como o processo de check-in, em que as indicações foram claras e precisas.

Full of promise but short on delivery.
Communication with the owner was great but the communication with the local property manager was nonexistent. When we arrived, there wasn't a single sheet of toilet paper or hand soap. The TV didn't work because there were no batteries in any of the remote controls. Even after we purchased new batteries we were unable to operate the TV and satellite system. The condo has great potential. Two great decks, access to a lovely pool, right on the local bus route to Lagos or Burgau, and a 12 minute walk to the centre of town. The beach is a few more minutes past the shopping and restaurant centre. Visitors with mobility issues may find the condo difficult to manage as the kitchen and laundry are on the top floor. While many visitors will enjoy staying here it is unlikely that we would return primary due to the lack of local response for providing some basic necessities at the beginning of our stay.

Great, safe location with private parking
While the house was not as Euro modern as some others we have stayed at in Portugal, it was very clean, comfortable & secure with the gated access & we really appreciated the convenient parking. Beautiful view & during October it was very quiet. Very close to excellent restaurants, grocery shopping & a beautiful beach! We did however have to buy extra TP as there was only one tiny roll provided for a 4 night stay, no dishwasher soap that we also bought & no paper towels or hand/shower soap. These were all provided by the other 3 places we stayed. Perhaps this was an oversight for our stay but if not, I would recommend a few more conveniences to make guests stay more comfortable.

A casa necesita de ser remodelada.
O equipamento da cozinha é insuficiente, Tachos e panelas em mau estado e as mobílias a necesitar de remodelação tendo em conta o valor pedido pela estadia. A localização não é longe da praia mas de carro, onde nem sempre é fácil de estacionar. Para quem leva pessoas mais velhas ou crianças pequenas o passeio até à casa da praia é difícil. Há que subir uma encosta que não será facil para ir e voltar da praia quando queremos. Necesitamos de pedir um tapete antideslizante para a banheira para a minha mãe que tem 79 anos e nem obtivemos resposta. Quando chegamos a água da piscina estava verde. Situação que se resolveu depois de 3 dias numa estadia de 7 dias... Temos pena mas não pensamos voltar.

Séjour tranquille à Praia Da Luz
Cette agréable propriété est située dans un quartier calme à Praia Da Luz qui est un choix intéressant de lieu de séjour en Algarve. La maison est sur deux étages et l'accès à la piscine se fait par la chambre du rez-de-chaussée-de-chaussé. Tout est fonctionnel sans être luxueux. Les directives d'accès pourraient être plus claires et des photos seraient utiles.

El apartamento estaba bien, limpio y ordenado, se reflejaba fiel a la descripicion, por poner un pero podría poner un colgador para la ropa (tuvimos que comprar uno), en algun sitio se supone que hay que colgar la colada, y una escoba y fregona, en una semana se mancha mucho

Beautiful Views!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was a bit dated, however based on the listing and photos it was what we were expecting. As others have noted it was a nice short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was quiet and a great value add - we often had it all to ourselves. The highlight of the unit was the view from the upstairs balcony. The main downside was the fact that the unit doesn’t have a clothes dryer (even though it was listed in the amenities) and the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Peaceful private setting close to town
Lovely quiet pool. 6 minute walk to beach. Uphill on way back but very doable. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. Welcome pack would have been a nice touch as we didn't arrive until late.

Townhouse Praia da Luz
Nettes Örtchen mit schönem Strand. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Anlage (7 identische Häuser) mit eigenem Pool (ca. 12*6m), der wöchentlich gereinigt wird. Schöner großer Balkon im ersten Stock mit zumindest ein wenig Meerblick. Weg bis zum Strand ist ca. 1 km, also fußläufig erreichbar. Leider liegt das Haus recht nah an der aktuell einzigen Zufahrtsstraße nach Praia da Luz, d.h. das Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist bis nach Mitternacht recht laut.

Thankyou for the review. Sorry to hear of the traffic however, the main road into Luz is closed at present for re-surfacing. Hopefully this will be open soon as we have never had this commented on before, the house location is very tranquil. Best Wishes.

lovely break
We had a lovely stay in this town house, clean, comfortable and containing everything you would need for a feeling of home from home. The only negative if you could call it that, is the long walk up the hill back from the village. Quiet and relaxing location
The house was very clean, perfect location with just a short walk to the local shops, restaurants, takeaways and beach. The swimming pool was quiet, we had it to ourselves for 2 weeks! 2 local residents on the adjacent properties, very friendly. Lagos just a short drive away with much more to offer. We would definitely stay again! Thank you

Perfect.
Wonderful place for our 4 day break. Property had everything we needed. Short walk down to supermarket, and then on to beach promenade. Great restaurants and bars and we had glorious sunshine at the end of september.

Lovely Townhouse in Luz
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the townhouse in Luz. The communication with the owners was very easy and clear. We found the neighborhood to be lovely. The townhouse itself was very comfortable for 2 couples.

Very nice area, friendly local people with good language abilities. Good arrangement, good instructions on how toi get there etc. Missing info about how to get the deposit back, and no-one to inspect and sign-off that everything is OK at departure. No AC in the house, but with September temperature this was still OK.

A nice modern and clean house in a calm area nearby the beach. Perfect pool area to share
Fewo did a good job/service. We asked for a 3 nights rent just a night before we arrived and everything was prepared for us. If you need help during your stay, you can just call them and they would help you or fix things directly. We really enjoyed our stay by having a great pool area and by having BBQ on the balcony
