Hotel decepcionante
Não gostamos do staff,frio e indiferente. a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar. O quarto designado fica muito longe da recepção. Nos arredores tem muito pouco comércio. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Unsatisfactory
Terrible, the shower curtain rod was broken, one of the vents tore from the wall, constant noise people yelling outside our room door 12 midnight till 4:30am, didn't sleep good at all due to the commotions outside, and someone at 3:00am was wildly knocking on our door.

Total dive, my husband felt unsafe all night and could not sleep for fear that his car would be broken into. His room was around the back, and the room next door had constant traffic in and out ALL night, like they were selling drugs. VERY sketchy, this place needs some 24/7 security and an overhaul of room cleanliness as well. Will NOT book here again.

The rooms could use an upgrade. The carpet felt vaguely sticky and there was a fair size hole in the wall board. Not sure if it was my bad luck or if the other guest are always rowdy. There was a lot of bad language and domestic disturbance throughout the night from multiple locations in the hotel complex. The grounds were full of trash and liter. I wouldn't stay here again.

We survived the night.
We survived the night, despite the vagrants milling about the parking lot and facility from the moment we arrived. One and done! Room was ok, clean. Bed was hard. Had major concerns about safety and whether or not our vehicle, parked in the parking lot would be vandalized, and, or broken into.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, we could hear people yelling and dogs barking from the other rooms all night. The staff was not particularly friendly, and when we got back in the evening our room key didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk to get it reconfigured. Everything was dirty and yellowed and someone had at some point punched a hole in the bathroom door which was just left that way. Overall not a great experience.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Scheinbar wird die Zimmer auch an längerfristige Gäste vermietet. Die Personen sind teilweise unangenehm. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl es als Nichtraucher-Zimmer ausgeschrieben und sogar noch mit einer Strafe gedroht wurde, falls man raucht

Will not stay there again. Lots of sketchy people hanging around parking lot. Definitely selling drugs an prostitutes out of rooms. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I reserved a room through hotels.com but when i got there I had no room reserved but i was lucky to still get a room. The room was nice . Served its purpose .

Reserved on line, no reservation when checking in. Told this happens all the time. Had to find another hotel, at 7:30 at night. Lady at counter, we were the 3th one that day

Not a good choice
Constant people in and out of the room a couple doors down with many drug references asked of us. Knocking at our door at 6am. Yelling at all hours. Wouldn't recommend or stay again

Very dated building, falling apart. Room was as clean as it could be. There were water stains and holes in walls and doors. The nonsmoker room smelled terribly of smoke. The monthly residents were bothersome, panhandling. It was more like a "short stay" motel.

Friendly staff when checking in! There was a minor issue with not enough towels in the room, but it was quickly rectified.

The room had a heavy perfume smell, it appears as if they were trying to cover up odors. Areas of the carpet were stained and threadbare. The parking area and walkway was littered with trash.

This place qas filled with the smell of cigarettes, i think their air filter is clogged because my room is a nonsmokers, but the smell of cigarettes travel from other rooms to mine, its so strong that my clothes smells like smoke, the sheets smells like smoke too. And also, they have prostitution on site. You will find people walking the yard asking you if you want girls and that they will send them to your room. Whether management is involved, that I dont know. But be aware there are people living in this hotel and smoking in all the rooms is prohibited but people does it because you cant really find the source of it. Overall cleanliness, compared to the Ramada building, this is fine. It was an okay experience. I was worried that people didnt break in my car or have extra keys to my room, because yes I dont think its a safe hotel at all.

The lady who checked me in was nice and the stay wasn’t abysmal. But I couldn’t get over the smell of smoke, loud noise, sketchy characters, and signs of wear and tear. Definitely got what I paid for.

This place is not ideal for a family to stay. Lost sleep, disturbance from next room domestic violence. Others were cooking outside their rooms, set up tents on lawns. It is a sore sight. Property did not take any action, they were aware of the situation, on local people soliciting around. The bathroom doors were not functioning. For the price they could do better.

This place is the only one I could find that is only one story. It is too hard for me to lug my suitcases up a flight of stairs.

Not a place to stay while on a vacation.
Staff not very friendly - nobody smiles. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette/cigar smoke, and very noticeable when walking into the room from outside.

If there was a problem, we would have switched your room had you informed the front desk staff & taken care of the problem. Also I apologize that you were not satisfied with the staff. The room was adequate for my needs once it warmed up. For some reason the heat was turned completely off instead of being left at low level and it took a while to warm up. Other than that, a nice place to stay.

This property was a huge disappointment. It was dirty, the room was in desperate need of an overhaul -- for example the ONLY outlet in the room was broken. The light switch in the bathroom was not secured, so it moved around a lot when you touched it. The shower's water temperature only got to just above freezing, no matter how long you waited. The room (a non-smoking room) smelled of cigarette smoke. Finally, the walls were so thin, we could hear people turning over in bed and their text signals from other rooms.

Everything was fine. I would rate it even better if the ventilation was more effective. We had a non-smoking room, but we kept smelling cigarette smoke.

Too noisy
The room was basic as we expected. That was fine. It was wonderfully clean. The staff was friendly. However the bed was too hard and the heating unit and refrigerator were very noisy. I had to turn off the heat to sleep.The hotel is in the process of remodeling so perhaps that will change.

I didn’t actually stay so can’t speak to the service. The condition was so run down that I kept on driving and ate the costs. Also, it came up on bed bug registry and didn’t want to risk it.

I'm sorry you didn't take the time to stay. Please keep in mind there have been are several Red Carpet Inns listed on the registry, and our location at 500 Northern Blvd is not one of them. We are as proactive as possible and deal with any issues on the matter with the utmost urgency.
