Das schlimmste was mir im Urlaub passieren konnte schaut euch die negativen Bewertungen an ! Alles was da steht ist die Wahrheit ! Verstehe nicht wie dieses Hotel die 5 Sterne bekommen hat Zimmer sind dreckig , geputzt wird nur oberflächlich wenn überhaupt Personal ist unfreundlich und frech ! Falls ihr mit Kinder anreist nehmt genug Feuchttücher mit, die werdet ihr brauchen Die hochstüle werden nach dem Essen nicht sauber gemacht nur neue Folie drüber gezogen !! Ich habe meinen Urlaub 6 Tage vorher beendet habe mein Flug auf meine Kosten umgebucht nur damit ich nicht mehr in diesem Hotel sein muss

We stayed for 5 nights as a family with two little children. the room was spacious and comfy with good a/c. Location was good and the view on pool and sea was fantastic. The hotel has a nice kids play zone and also a teenagers zone for interaction and activities where dedicated babysitters take care of kids and organize different activities for them. Also, two pools for kids make a nice variation. However, the hotel is very noisy and crowded, and their taste in music is very bad, no lounge ambient music, just loud beats and drumming like crazy most of the times. At any meal time you have to wait in long lines to get a couple of slices of pizza. Food was average with low to medium quality. Lots of drinks. After dinner they organize disco party for kids!!! which continue for an hour till 9pm, and then there is adult shows (which in my opinion are not suitable for little kids) and they stay until 11pm, and after that the loud noisy partying continues for disco and beat dancing until midnight. Such environment is not suitable for infants or kids below 12y.o. In fact this routine had destroyed our family habit of organized early sleep at 9pm for our kids to a degree when we went home it was hard to go back on track with our kids. So, my recommendation: if you love the noisy and all-time bustling and loud environment then the hotel is super, otherwise, you may want to stay away from it.

Je ne suis pas contente déjà je suis arrivée à minuit et dans la chambre des enfants ( j’ai 3 enfants) il y avait seulement 2 lits et on m’a demandé de faire dormir mon 3 ieme enfants sur le petit canapé dur même pas préparé alors que j’avais réservé une chambre avec 4 lits simple lit parents … nous avons attendu 30 min pour qu’il apporte des draps pour le canapé et 1 oreiller Ensuite la porte de salle de bain était coincée, encore 40 min d’attente pour que quelqu’un vienne le débloquer…alors que nous étions mort de fatigue dû au voyage. Le lendemain on nous change de chambre mon fils a enfin un lit … chambre des enfants avec zéro fenêtre pas de lumière de jour .,, éclairage d’un petit spot .., chambre terriblement sombre nous ne voyons même pas les vêtements dans les placards… les chambres mal nettoyées à la va-vite .., franchement j’ai pleuré les 2 premiers jours de 6000€ de dépenser pour la réservation pour de pas avoir la chambre que j’avais réservé.. Je pense plus réservé avec expédia - dommage j’ai l’intention de voyager en février 2024 pour la Thaïlande.

Excellent but uncontrolled smoking almost everywhere. People are smoking everywhere included around kid’s pool (i talk about open areas but though most of the smoking areas are only one side open under a ceiling ) We spoken with customer relations but what can they do? People are taking ashtrays (hundreds of hundreds ashtrays hotel giving them eveywhere) blowing smoke through kids at around kids pool and shows and beach or literally almost everywhere. Apart from this issue everything was excellent. Good food, good facilities, nice rooms, excellent staff.. Worth for value.

Detta hotell är väldigt slitet och har tyvärr underhållits dåligt. Vi bodde i familjerum med fin havs- och poolutsikt. Rummet var rymligt och bra planerat, men sängarna och kuddarna var sjukt obekväma och hårda! På den sidan vårt rum låg spelades hög(!) musik från kl 10 på fm till kl 00 på natten - varje dag! Poolområdet var stort och fint, men alldeles för få solstolar, vilka ”paxades” redan kl 08 var morgon. Här gällde alltså att vara morgonpigg för att få en plats vid poolen! Vid stranden fanns det alltid solstol att få. Det fanns mycket mat att välja på, även glass ingick viss tid under dagen. Animations-teamet ordnade minidisco och shower varje kväll, men då det var mest turkar och ryssar (östeuropéer) som gästade hotellet så var det ingenting på engelska och personalen över lag var väldigt dålig på engelska. I förhållande till storlek på hotellet (nu var det nog fullbelagt när vi var där) så var hissarna underdimensionerade, folk knölade in sig och maxgräns på både antal och vikt överskreds, vilket gjorde att vi alltid tog trapporna istället - för säkerhets skull! Som tidigare nämnt är hotellet slitet, vilket också bidrar till att det ser smutsigt ut, men städningen var verkligen dålig på många ställen! I matsalen kördes det runt med diskvagnar som såg ut (och luktade) som sanitära olägenheter. Ett stort minus var även all plast som användes! T ex allt vatten serverades i små engångsförpackningar! Utanför hotellet fanns inte mycket annat än en livsfarlig väg!

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind soweit ok. Das Essen ist leider überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich und war auch den Kindern nach dem 10 Tag nichts mehr und wir gingen in den Supermarkt. Die Supermärkte sind der hammer da. Kaufen Sie nichts im Hotel das selbe bekommen sie im SUPERMARKT NICHT BAZAR da bekommen sie alles zu genialen Preisen. Die Angestellten konnten überhaupt nein Deutsch was mich sehr verwunderte und englisch konnten nur ein paar. Es war sehr auf die russischen Gäste fixiert leider. Ich muss auch leider sagen die Russen waren ziemlich laut. Aber der Strand die Wasserrutschen und Die Pools sind sehr sehr schön und waren nicht überfüllt. Jeden Abend gibt es eine andere Animations Liveshow die waren ganz in Ordnung. Für kinder gibt es dort ziemlich viel an Eis und Süßigkeiten dauerhaft mit Kinderdisco und 3 anderen tollen Kindereinrichtungen Ja ansich ist es schon ok das Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Natürlich müssen sich die Buffetangebote an die lokalen Möglichkeiten anpassen. Auch das Obst – und Gemüseangebot richtet sich nach den saisonalen Gegebenheiten, das heißt, wir können nur das anbieten, was auch gerade auf dem Markt erhältlich ist bzw. in der Türkei gerade geerntet wird. Extremely rude staff. Rooms looked at a solid wall that hotel calls land view. Dining room is operated like a soup kitchen. I have been to many resorts in turkey. Never experienced anything this horrible

A very big compliment to the staff, everyone was friendly and dedicated. The food was varied and good. The Mini Club is really excellent. The pools, water slides and pier had a lot of fun to offer, it was never boring. Everything was also very clean and it smelled good everywhere. So you could feel good all around. The following is not a criticism of the hotel but of the main clientele: if you were brought up to respect the rules of respectful coexistence, it helps if you avoid the elevators (climbing stairs is healthier anyway) and if you do not eat until shortly before the end of the buffet times. Believe me, this will save you a lot of frustration. And here's a little criticism of a presenter of the Michael Jackson Show: I'm sure it wasn't meant maliciously but just thoughtlessly. With a little empathy you could have correctly interpreted the tortured smile of the Colombian dancer after you had called her a "chocolate girl". But unfortunately you didn't but directly put one more on it with the designation "caramel girl" for the next dancer. Try to refrain from such flat jokes in the future. You are likeable and do a good job anyway.
