Bom ambiente, confortável.

Estadia bastante boa no geral, contudo tivemos que vir embora dois dias mais cedo devido a doença e os mesmos não foram compreensivos com isso. Visto termos meia pensão e avisar com antecedência podiam ter sido atenciosos. O ginásio está muito partido. Bastante animação, demasiada até com música constante, actividades, etc. Deviam também descrever o que inclui cada pacote isto é, almoço, lanche, bebidas etc etc.

Er was een personeelslid die verschrikkelijk nep is. Hij lacht je toe maar er komt niets positiefs uit. 2 voorbeelden: hij heeft ons laten wachten tot 15:00 uur terwijl onze kamer vrij was. Samen met mijn vrouw kregen we een kamer met 3 bedden, niet conform mijn reservering. Ik heb mijn ongenoegen geuit, hij beloofde mij terug te bellen voor een andere kamer maar helaas kwam hij de afspraak niet. Een paar uur later kwam ik naar de receptie om beklag te doen maar desbetreffend personeelslid was al naar huis gegaan zonder enkele bericht achter te laten.Faical, een lieve collega van hem, heeft een avondeten kamer geregeld, na 1 nacht slapen op 3 losse bedden. Een mooi hotel verdient z’n receptionist echt niet.De rest die ik daar sprak is beleefd, zeer behulpzaam en super vrolijk. Mooi hotel met ideale ligging. Het ontbijt was royaal en men kan zich vertoeven met allerlei lekkernijen. Bedankt Faical en de parkingmedewerkers.
