I like the staff, they are so helpful and take good care of me and my belongings. Clean rooms and nice surroundigs.

Stay Away!
There was no room available even though they continued to post that they had two available. Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare.

This place is okay until something doesn't work, then staff seems to have no jurisdiction to change anything. Owner is uncaring and lacks customer service skills. I was kept five hours waiting to check in and no apology or adjustment of payment was given.

A wonderful Hostel that truly is "a home away from home"! This was my second time here, and I would go there again! I stayed two weeks both times. They have upscaled it since last time, change windows and repaint the walls. They also have more rooms. The staff is wonderful and take very good care of me and my things. I highly recomend @Home Boutique and Hostel. The surroundings is calm and friendly and close to Oxfordstreet.

Ett hem när du är hemifrån!
Ett mysigt litet hotell perfekt för dig som reser ensam eller i ett litet sällskap. Personalen är hjälpsam, rummen små men trevliga, toaletten ren och duschen är det bra tryck i! Sköna, rena sängar och handdukar. Omgivningen är trygg att promenera i. Nära till Oxfordstreet men ändå lugnt. Rekommenderas varmt!

Das Hotel will keine Gäste
Trotz Buchungsbestätigung und mehrfachen Anschreibens an das Hotel erhielt ich keine Antwort. bei Ankunft nach 14-stündiger Anreise wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mehr frei seien. Auch die Vorlage, der Buchungsbestätigung nutzte hier nichts. Ich war gezwungen, mir ein anderes Hotel zu ungünstigeren Konditionen zu suchen. Diese extremen Unannehmlichkeiten nach der langen Anreise wären erspart geblieben, wenn man mir auch meine Sicherheitsanfragen per Mail wenigstens einmal geantwortet hätte. Um eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Nichtverfügbarkeit von Zimmern zu erhalten, musste ich viermal das Hotel aufsuchen und erhielt diese dann auch nur auf ausdrückliches Drängen auf ein von mir selbst vorformuliertes Schreiben. Das ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel.

Convienent and good access
Good for the night life . Close to basically everything including shopping and entrainment . Close to all the popular beaches in Accra .

There were some problems the first nigh, twhich the staff on duty tried but were unable to fix in the recently built new part of the building . The following morning the owner quickly moved me into a different room demonstrating real concern about customer service. All the staff were very keen to provide good service. I was impressed so shall stay there again in two weeks time.

Convenient, clean hotel
Amazing hotel. Impeccable service delivery. Hotel attendants very polite and helpful. Wi-fi was very good too.

Amazing affordable hotel in Accra
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in while traveling back and forth between Ghana and the United States for ten years. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean and in good repair, and staff is great. The location is also great.
