"Incredible location for a Sydney first-timer. The facilities are dated, as are the rooms, but the staff are excellent and maintain the high standards you’d expect of the brand & for the price range. Shout out to Sophia/Sofie at reception who rectified any issues in a really considerate, timely manner. "

"While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I let them know it was a special romantic getaway and we were given a free bottle of champagne! The food was exceptional and the rooms beautiful with lovely soft big bed and stunning views, also fully stocked mini bar. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful at all times. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"O hotel está em ótima localização em frente às lojas mais famosas e ao melhor shopping, ao lado das estações de trem e bonde. As instalações são bem conservadas e o design bem arrojado. Ele ocupa alguns espaços do famoso teatro que ainda funciona ao lado. É uma opção moderna e diferente de tudo. Porém não tem piscina, o SPA é terceirizado e pago e a academia é uma parceria com a Virgin que fica na outra quadra."
