"This was an absolute gem. I was looking for a romantic overnight stay in Weymouth but wanted character, charm and good design, as well as the ability to walk out the door and go open water swimming in the sea. Steve was a great host, and our room was quite gorgeous. His breakfasts are just the best - and he’s got a proper coffee machine - we had seconds of our flat whites and cappuccinos. We’re definitely returning…."

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The hotel is located just in front of the beach. The hosts are very friendly and the anti-covid measures in place are very reassuring. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There is a large range of options for breakfast. On the minus side, the footsteps from the rooms upstairs can be quite loud."

We stayed for three days and spent a great day at Durdle Door and Kimmeridge and walked to the nearby Walled Garden for breakfast before driving to London the day we left. "We had an amazing stay at the hotel onay bank holiday weekend. The hotel has the best location with beach across the road, amusement park next to it and lots of eateries and market around. The staff was always smiling and ready to help. The white pepper restaurant in the hotel had amazing food options. "Had a brilliant stay at The West Bay hotel. All the staff we very friendly and welcome. We had our lab with us and loved meeting their dog Elwood. The room was perfect & huge! Better than the photos showed. Top quality features and fittings and made for a perfect Birthday trip. Highly recommend and miles above the other hotels in West Bay."

"Loved everything about this property. The owner was great ,answering a query immediately. It was spotless and far nicer than the photos suggested. It felt like a lot of thought had gone into the furnishings. I was able to park opposite free until 8am and move to a carpark just around the corner. I will be back next year! "
