Beautiful kitchen but can’t speak too much about the contents as we pretty much just made coffee and were out the door each morning. Air conditioning worked great! "This is a great house in a great location for inter-generational guests. We had two sets of elderly grandparents who needed private bathrooms and limited stairs. There are three wonderful large bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with their own bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is connected so you can cook and still be part of the action. The third floor was great for our teenage/adult children. "The home was neat, clean, decorated nicely and had most everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Back bedroom had a very comfy bed, and was dark & cool, perfect for recovery sleeping. Older neighborhood but peaceful and quiet, easy access to downtown and close to friends that live in the area."

We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown. Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN."
