"this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available."

The daily maid service was great. Property is lovely, with a great pool, bar, and right on the beach. "Our unit at Coral Gardens was fantastic. The view was awesome from the porch. The condo had everything we needed and we had more than enough room. The management downstairs were very accommodating and extremely helpful. "As advertised, close to the pool and beautiful views. Close to the beach, though i would still drive to save your energy for the snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. Well supplied with towels and beach equipment. Might just recommend bringing your own bar soap and laundry detergent if needed."
