Cabin Name: Mountain Shade

Come and see this beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin located in Townsend, TN. Mountain Shade is located on a rural road with lots of peace and quiet.

Mtn. Shade would make a great place to call home for 3 couples, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. A family of 6 - 11 could also enjoy this wonderful home. The cabin is situated on a large lot with a children playset and a bonfire pit.

FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to receive a refund of your advance deposit/payment, you must contact us in writing 30 days prior to your arrival. A service fee is deducted from all refunds ($50 plus tax). There are NO refunds on cancellations within the 30 day period prior to your arrival date.
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
