"I stayed here with my family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 3 kids: 11-17 in age). The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. "The cottage is cute, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed to cook and relax after a day of hiking in the Tahoe National Forest. The Kings Beach area is a great location for enjoying the scenery without the crowds and traffic of the south shore. Check in and communications were excellent. A very pleasant stay."

"This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. "From the moment I booked this listing in January our host were great. Accurate and easy-to-understand directions were left with no detail overlooked. The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance. "Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced.
