"Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly. "

"Nice, big clean room and we enjoyed our stay with a few caveats. The building itself is noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Making this worse, the area around the property is also noisy with a nearby bar that had loud talking/yelling until after 2 AM. There was also a slight problem in with the room that took a lot of texts back and forth, but was never resolved. I think they did the best they could, but after A LOT of back and forth, nothing was ever resolved. "

"This house was just perfect for my family. It’s right in the thick of the beautiful historic homes of downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to most all of the sites of our interest and the accommodations were perfect for us. The house itself is old (obviously). It has some places throughout that could use some restoration, but nothing significant and certainly add to the charm. It’s filled with gorgeous antiques and all the modern trappings we all love. "We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a wedding at the Perry Lane hotel which was right around the corner. We enjoyed the serenity and quiet. The place was clean and just what we needed for a short weekend stay. The bedroom is spacious and bed is comfortable. The couch, table and chairs were great. And it was nice to have the kitchen for storing drinks and morning snacks. The bathroom and closets could use a little TLC. We would stay here again!"

"After ravel hung out in pool before going to get supper (Hooters). Discovered downtown and had fancy steak dinner (Stone & Websters) and then more partying into early morning. Boat ride Saturday afternoon around Hiton Head Island. Fresh Oysters and She Crab soup on the island (Brother Shuckers). Back in Savannah in time to catch Hockey playoffs at a sports bar. Sunday up in time to go through checkout task and head for home. reat weekend."

"The reservation process didn't work well. I had to make two phone calls to get "verified". Nice get-away place. Clean. Parking is a dollar an hour, you have to feed a meter, this isn't mentioned in the Orbitz listing. Bathroom is down stairs, bedrooms are upstairs. Alittle noisy at night. 12 to15 minute walk to get into the husstle -and -bustle of the historic district. "

"This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds...
