"This place exceeded our expectations! Very private and so cozy. The place is super clean and comfy. The owners literally thought of everything-scones, beer/wine, chocolates, bathrobes, firewood…everything was honestly perfect. We enjoyed a fire at night and had some deer visitors. Great location for hiking and restaurants. Great communication and we were even able to check in early. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was our favorite. Book it!!!"

"This is fairly nice place to stay. We liked the location, the amount of space and it was generally nice. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

"We came to Sandpoint to help out as volunteers for the Lost in the Fifties weekend. This was a perfect place to stay because we could walk to town and enjoy all the events. The “Sandpoint Cottage” was a great place to stay and the owners were great at communicating and responding to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this gem!"

"We had a great time staying here. It was a nice place for our whole family. We wanted a place to stay that was close to Schweitzer and dog friendly. It’s about a half hour away and an easy drive. We loved being able to use the hot tub and enjoyed the variety of games and the ping pong table. The only complaint is that we tried reaching out to the owner to ask a question about a week before our trip and we never got a response."

"This is my second stay and will be coming back. Perfect place for R&R. I love the fun wildlife sightings and snuggling up next the the cozy fire as it was a bit cooler in the morning and evenings on this trip. Beautiful property with and kitchenette with everything you need."

"If you have a large family or group of friends that want to stay at a mountain resort, put this at the top of your list. We have a group of 9 docs who ski together yearly. This home was perfect. It is almost new, cheerful, nicely decorated, and spacious. Excellent view, w lake view. Kitchen was well stocked for large groups. The mountain is excellent for skiing, all levels. Owners are gracious."

"The house was perfect for our family of 5. About 15 minutes from Sandpoint. It's well organized and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. Check-in process was smooth, and Michele was helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"Location was great, very functional kitchen and adequate storage space. Unit was quite comfortable. Calling it ski-in/out is a stretch. Would recomend a non-slip mat for the bath tub. Perhaps written specifics about location of ski storage, laundry, keys somewhere posted would be helpful. Overall it was a great week and would stay there again."

"I was greeted right away and the person at the front desk was very nice and gave clear directions to our room. The hotel is in two separate buildings.
