Os móveis são pintados, e já o foram há um bom tempo. nas fotos tive a impressão de quartos com piso frio, o que não se aplicou ao meu quarto. menciona-se máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que leva a se entender, pelas fotos, que seriam nos quartos, mas não!!! a máquina de lavar é de uso comunitário e paga (U$2,00 para lavar e U$2,00 para secar)!!!!! portaria das 09:00h até as 05:00h. "Pro: loved the updated modern furniture, appliances, tile - beds were clean & comfortable - no visible mold or mildew - easy drive to the beach that was very pleasant despite the damage from hurricane Ian Cons: would have liked to had a heads up about the yet unrepaired damage from the hurricane, the destruction & debris would not have been a shock that made for a bad first impression - no sidewalk to door, had to drag luggage through sand and rocks - outside needs some TLC - there was a dust...

"This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare....

"This was the perfect place to stay super clean (which is huge for me because im very picky), the owner was amazing very attentive, had a book at the house full of the best places to eat etc, and even allowed us to check in early. The location of the house was perfect right off Sanibel Island, quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. I will definitely spread the word about this place and 100% be back!"
