"We loved the open floor plan and all of the space at the house. The kitchen was big enough for five of us to work in at once! We enjoyed the hot tub, even during the rain. The location is excellent. It was easy to find, which isn't always the case in Volcano. It's very close to the park. We have already recommended it to friends and would definitely stay again."

"My family stayed here in late May. Communication with the owners/managers prior to coming was excellent and the directions for check in were easy to follow. The house is pretty secluded. You won’t see our hear anyone else. The only sounds are of nature. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck in the evening to listen to the frogs. "We came in much later than we had planned and were simply delighted by what we found when we arrived. So much was perfect from the well stocked kitchen to the soft comfy blankets strategically placed around each room to the comfortable beds. Finishing off the evenings on the marvelous covered porch (perfectly dry during an early summer rain) listening to the Coqui ftog symphony each night was just icing on a wonderful place. "Beautiful setting in a remote location. The condominium was very comfortable, almost like home. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you are going to stay at Colony I, do your grocery shopping before arriving. Closest grocery store is a 30 min. drive. Same with dining. Be mindful that there are few restaurants near the property, and after 6 PM it's a 30 min drive minimum. "
