"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."

"Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. "Tudo certo conforme combinado. O espaço é bem limpo, novo(parece reformado), com todos os itens essenciais para estadia. Camas confortáveis, toalhas limpas a disposição. Raymond foi bem atencioso conosco, disponibilizando itens básicos para que possamos usar na cozinha para preparar nossa propria comida. Parabens ao anfitrioes. "Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!"

"We really enjoyed this property- Pros- there was lots of room to relax and let all the kids have space away from each other. The laundry was great and convenient. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies. "As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy"
