"We stopped at the Pine Marten for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient spot and was well located for us. Our room was fine - clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities necessary. Check in and check out was easy. We had a ground floor room with level access. The staff at the hotel and associated pub were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and they were very keen to make sure that my food allergies were catered for. A good hotel 👍"

"Waterfront hotel rooms are located behind their restaurant. You check in to your room at the restaurant. Our room was small but nicely furnished and had a large bathroom. A quiet courtyard has outdoor seating. Breakfast was included. It was order off the menu with a great selection. In fact this was the best breakfast of our 16-day vacation.This restaurant also serves dinner and I think it was the best in town. The hotel is located in the center of town but most places close at 9pm. "

"As soon as we entered the room and opened the bathroom door there was an awful smell of wet dirty rag and the floor was wet. A member of staff offered to apply some airfreshner which did not solve the problem at all, it just hid it for a while. I think it was the bathtub drain. "Jenni and Mark are excellent hosts! Accommodations we're fantastic there were real American size king size beds in the rooms not the usual Scottish/ Irish little tiny king beds. The bathrooms were very modern the room was spacious the breakfast was fabulous they pretty much cook you anything you want from a full Scottish breakfast with eggs and ham and sausage and haggis to all kinds of pastries and cold cereals. "Stayed here over Christmas whilst visiting family in Dunbar. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay.
