Special property notes:
* This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
* There are three vacation rental units on the premises, and there may be other travelers present during your stay. The outdoor gear and property is shared among the three houses.
* This home has 3 exterior security cameras located on the roof, the hill, and the driveway. They do not see into any interior spaces.
*Please be aware that our vacation rental property is off the grid, and as a result, the internet and Wi-Fi connection are quite limited.
