"Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "

Be warned, this is CLOSE to the water (and wave action) so if you are a light sleeper, you may find the waves & ocean sounds to be too loud. We love that, so it wasn’t an issue for us. "Loved this place. Nicely located. Owner was more than accommodating and always made you feel he was there for you. And they were. Property management was excellent. Views were priceless. Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy....
