"Estadia maravilhosa, hotel muito lindo, com um paisagismo belíssimo, excelente infraestrutura, estacionamento gratuito, apartamentos gigantescos com varanda (todos com vista para o mar, apreciando o por do sol), excelente localização, próximo ao centro de comércio e serviços da cidade. O hotel conta com um depósito com cadeiras de praia, guarda-sóis, esteiras, coolers à disposição dos hóspedes, sem custo algum, mediante disponibilidade. Isso nos ajudou bastante. O fato de não ter arrumação...

"Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. ...

"This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need in a good condo: a modern kitchen with reasonably new appliances, granite countertop, good A/C, washer/dryer, lots of utensils. They even gave us a rice cooker. There was a water leak the day we checked in, and hence, they gave us a different unit. They could have done a better job of communicating that issue. But they did handle the issue promptly when we reached out. Definitely a great location - next to beach, close to main...

"By far the best VRBO our family has rented! Super clean property, super white towels and sheets, property is nicer than the pictures. My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! The extras like the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel fins, and games in the property made our trip! Thank you! We will be back!"

"I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I already cannot wait to come back!"

"My husband and I honeymooned here in early May 2024. The pictures on the listing are EXACTLY what to expect we were so excited to see the view in person. The building itself is a little dated, but as soon as we got to our room we completely forgot about it. When we first arrived we were nervous about the noise level we would hear from being so close to the street, however the waves themselves were so loud we couldn’t hear anything over them. Kitchen was perfect for our breakfasts and lunches,...

"Not the best weather but had a good time"

"Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay! In the center of Kona, close to shops and restaurants. Farmers market near by. The condo was clean, nice view from the lanai. The only thing we had was there is no air conditioning as advertised! However the rooms have ceiling fans and with the widows open it was ok. Not sure how it would be when it gets hotter. "

"Great rental, very well stocked. Not directly in front of the beach, but on this island there really aren't many beaches. We could still sleep to the sound of the pacific ocean 24/7 and the sounds of nature were everywhere! We had a momentary issue opening the lockbox, but we contacted the mgmt team and they responded immediately and were able to resolve our issue. I highly recommend this property. "
