"We were 3 generations with 6 kids 11 and under. Lots of space for everyone, great staff who looked after us well and cooked great meals that catered to everyone's tastes. The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. Highly recommend for a family vacation."

"Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. "The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. "The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place."

"Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Our daughter arranged a special celebration dinner with the staff - they even decorated! Most of us are into yoga and the rooftop space in early morning was perfect (we had 2 different yoga people...

This house was the perfect accommodation for our group - with 3 different pool options plus the beach below - it kept our kids entertained for hours and hours each day, literally. The upper pool was a warm 90 degrees, just perfect for soaking and relaxing and enjoying the amazing view, the hot tub was a hot 104 which felt great for a night soak, the community pools was high 70s which felt great in...

"Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street.
