"Only a few blocks walk to great restaurants and shopping, this house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed but I’d not want to have too many people in the kitchen at one time. Pool stayed cool and refreshing even in high temps (40 C) and lots of comfortable seating was provided. Very quiet at night and the AC worked flawlessly. Would definitely return."

"The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!"

"We had a wonderful stay at La Tintinki! Lizette & Gino are warm and gracious hosts. Attentive and quickly responsive. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the ocean front patio. The pool is great and deep enough for water aerobics! Air conditioning in the master bedroom was appreciated. A great find!"

"Wonderful home, well appointed and laid out. Each bedroom has an en suite bath, one with an outdoor shower which was a special treat. Fantastic roof deck with oversize loungers where we enjoyed our morning coffee. A few steps and you are at the gorgeous beach. Elena and Francisco are terrific, responsive and helpful. All in all a perfect stay."

"we had such a good time there! the location is phenomenal, communication with the owners is a breeze, and the place had everything we needed. the area is quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves practically the entire time. lizette and her husband were the bests hosts we ever had, we got in late and they waited to greet us! would stay there again, and again, and again."
