"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. "Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone."

"We enjoyed our stay with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms each with tub/removable shower, bedroom with King bed, large walk in closet and 2 sinks in one bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Parking was nearby in the condo lot. You do have to take out your own garbage and purchase your own extra bags after the initial ones are used. Having carts on the first floor near the elevator helped us greatly taking our luggage in and out of the Condo. Shopping is nearby. It’s a...

"Condo was as described, excellent location. We have been coming to South Seas for 15 years and love the resort. This is a convenient location to the Starbucks that we frequent and walking distance to many restaurants! Condo was clean and well equipped."

"We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless."
